Bunch of honest stand up people. Looking out for the ones that may need a little assistance. Would not take my vehicle anywhere else
Terrific service and very friendly. I will use them from here on.
Jiffy Lube found the leak in my tire when Tire Discounters could not. They explained all my options to me, set My car up to make sure I was safe, and we’re extremely nice through the whole process!
What a great experience. I trust this store and its staff, what a relief it is to find trustworthy mechanics. The staff has always been great to work with. I have visited this Jiffy Lube location anytime I need service done to my car and every time I have been met with great service and friendly smiles. They are quick and efficient with their service. I have never left this place disappointed.
Amazing store! Very friendly and helpful . Nowhere close to pushy like some other places

I will be coming back to this Jiffy Lube for all my oil changes and anything else they are set up to take care of! Customer service here is quite amazing. Everyone I encountered was friendly and their oil change process is impressive! These awesome folks went so far above and beyond for me!
Quick and prompt. Very helpful staff! Friendly and efficient!
Great experience, the team is very knowledgeable! Got four tires and an alignment and was able to drop my car off and come back when it was complete. Thanks to Rob, Trevor and the team!
Got me in really quickly on a Sunday with a screw in my tire! Exemplary customer service. Keep up the great work, highly recommend. Thanks!
Fast, friendly, professional.
Great Service. Nice workers. Got me in and out quick
Great Service. Always Friendly and helpful.
I recommend affordable prices and the workers there try to offer discounts and veteran friendly. They are honest about vehicles and aren't trying to trick you into getting what you don't need. I plan on doing business with them in the future! Also the tires were below competitor prices!!!
Stopped in today for an oil change and tire rotation and they were quick and very professional! Great customer service!
Love this jiffy lube, they’re also respectful and very fast unlike other places. Went for a leak in my tire and they patched it up as well as finding a issue with my rim on another where they applied a quick fix and gave me recommendations on where to get a new one
Was definitely fast, friendly and very thorough. Did not try to sale me on stuff I didn't need. Very helpful in all aspects of the field. Great staff. Was a care free experience.
Had a nail stuck in my tire and was not going to be able to drive home in that condition. I was able to go straight to Jiffy Lube after work and it was located in a spot that was not able to just simply be plugged but the folks at jiffy lube was able to replace the tire fairly quickly and get me home after a very long day at work.
I was in a rental, visiting from out of town and had a flat tire. The crew got me in promptly and took care of all the details efficiently. Good work everybody. Thank you.
I wasnt sure how it was going to go when I first got there. But they went above and beyond with getting me together. I've been there a few times before but today I really felt like Lacy cared about my experience. She kept me informed of every step and price along the way. Exceptional service
Lacy did a great job
I was very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail by the team that worked on my Oil Change and Tire Rotation. They were quick but payed close attention to detail.

Great staff, quick and efficient service. Would definitely recommend.
Great quick tire service repair. Just down the road from the Mall.
Been here for an oil change and also for tire services (airing and patching a nail) and have always had good experience!
Great service and employees! Close to home and super quick each time I’ve had to stop by. Will keep coming back!
My new tire went flat after a week of getting it (at a different Jiffy Lube location), so I went the to Jiffy Lube on Jefferson Blvd & they didn’t charge me a thing. I believe there was a warranty & they lived up to it and told me they’d take care of me. They were super helpful, extremely pleasant & even put air in…
Jenna, kendle, teshia are awesome
Got tire repair today. Ive never been to a jiffy before, but they didn't disappoint me as a first time customer. They do a great job and were quick on the repair. Friendly staff and the lobby (and bathroom was very clean as well) is very clean, well put together, and comfortable. Good prices on services too. This…
best place to get alignment & new tires! highly recommend!
Tried to over charge me for back brakes at $399 when a dealership did it for 250…. Beware these people are trying to rob you!!!!!
This Jiffy Lube went above the call of duty! This location was mentioned to me by my neighbor. I need 4 new tires and an oil change. The shop was clean, refreshments were available, and clean bathrooms. My service was faster than expected and now my vehicle rides so smooth!! Thank you so much Kendle and staff! 10 out of 10 I recommend!
Clean, friendly, speedy. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
They were great explained everything to me I will be back
Great service, everyone was friendly. They wiped my windows down and offered to vacuum as well.
Awesome! Best in Kentucky. Frank.
Teshia was the tech and she was honest and fast, I would recommend them highly
Excellent service!
This place is literally unmatched. Everytime I want to double check their pricing to see what the competition is, the competition reminds me why I chose Jiffy Lube. They never answer the phone, when they do they are rude, they aren’t clear about pricing, and worst of all they don’t provide genuine advice for the…
Fantastic experience! I was greeted right away, welcomed into a comfortable waiting area and offered hospitality. I wasn't treated like a dumb woman who knew nothing about cars. Jack, the manager, explained everything in an intelligent manner and even found me the best coupon I could use for the services I required.…
I would love to say that this was by far the best service I have received and I was also taught a few things as well! Thank you guys so much and they did an amazing job with quick service ❤️🙏🏼😊 Highly recommend!!!
Great customer service from everyone I encountered, very courteous! There was little to no wait and they got me in and out! Even replaced my tail light for me. I’ll definitely revisit.
I spoke with two different representatives from this location and over the phone they were very helpful. However, it was once I arrived that I was fully impressed. I was greeted at my car with smiles and they opened my door for me, showed me inside and opened the door inside also. On the way out I was escorted to…
Customer service is excellent, the establishment is clean & the service is superior!
I had a spare tire and the put it on for free! The whole process took under 15 minutes. They had refreshments & the waiting area was very spacious. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anybody for their tire needs.
