Thank you Nancy it was a pleasure working for you
My home is in the Los Cerros area on a county island and I was so tired of my long lumpy bumpy D/G driveway and my not so picturesque backyard...after seeing how fabulously Jim had transformed a friend's property, I contracted with him for an exterior renovation covering 3/4s of my property. He had to pave two driveways, each 12 ft wide and over 160 linear feet. He worked with me to help me select materials that blended perfectly with the existing exterior elements of my home. That was part one and the property's curb appeal rose dramatically! He then turned to the rear updating my pool tile and resurfacing all the existing hardscapes including the coping around the pool, a raised deck area behind the pool, and two large covered patio areas, built an outdoor kitchen outside the pool fence with a beautiful grill and lots of drawer and cabinet storage, then built another sink island with storage on the smaller patio and finally laid another paver pathway for access from the parking area to the backyard entertaining area. This was quite a transformative project! He and his crew did such a marvelous job! He communicated well with me throughout the process and has even been back already for additional projects. My property has been transformed thanks to Jim's Paradise Creations, and I am so inspired to complete the last 1/4th as soon as I can. Thanks so much Jim!

thank you Barb it was a pleasure working with you
Really cannot say enough about Jim and his crew! They just finished our front and back yard in Sun City/Peoria, with travertine, 2 pergolas, a strip of grass, drip system, 5 trees and a bevy of plants. They move an existing retainer wall and put pavers on the side drive for the trailer, plus added an exit gate in the back. Pretty major positive changes done in 3 weeks! Jim and his crew are exceptionally caring of their work - always start ontime when they say, do their best to keep clear of neighbors since we live on a street busy with school kids, kept us perfectly in the loop on all major decisions but just dealt with the small ones. The results are just spectacular, already reaping the enjoyment benefits after just 2 days. We had just vague ideas f what we wanted when Jim came over - sketched out plans, but wanted Jimmy’s pro eye to refine it, and he sure knocked it out of the ballpark! 3 hours later, we had a complete plan and contract - we dont mess around working with Jim, and the results EXCEEDED our expectations. Be flexible, any project like this will have some adjustments, but Jim and his team managed them so flawlessly that we kicked in for a bonus pizza party for them - maybe you will also? 🍕🤠 Great experience! Give Jim a try, you will be thrilled!
Thank you Kerry you and Angie were great! Call me anytime you need anything!
