Always a great job keeping my dryer vent clean! I do it annually or it becomes a fire hazard. They know because the staff are firemen.

We had just moved into a new house and discovered the previous owners must have never cleaned (the house or the dryer vent) in 20 years, and our brand new dryer was taking much too long to dry. I went online and googled dryer vent cleaning and was very impressed with the reviews for JNJ. I set up an appointment… Read full review

Absolutely fantastic service! Came out quick and cleaned/checked the dryer vent and then replaced an outside vent cover, that wasn’t on the original request. Andrew was wonderful to work with and will will absolutely be using them again!

Quick, thorough and clean!!

They were awesome! The service technician was super communicative and very thorough. I thought everything went really smoothly and efficiently. The scheduling, the call ahead for the appointment, the service itself, and the follow up. Excellent all around, and totally worth the flat fee they charge.

Had a great experience with JNJ! Great communication and fast responses. Seth was very timely and thorough, and we appreciated his explanations both before and after the service covering how he was going to clean the vent and what he found.

When the technician realize he may be a few minutes late, he called to let me know. That doesn’t happen too often anymore. Did a very thorough job and cleaned up.

Fast. Reliable. Excellent job communicating and seeing if we had any questions.

I've been using them for years without issue. Recently I had to cancel an appointment for a dryer vent cleaning and they sent me a 35 dollar no show charge. Updated 5/10/2026. I had my second dryer vent cleaning service by JNJ, this time by Seth. Another outstanding experience. I could have been easily sold an exterior accessory to keep birds out of the vent, but Seth didn't see any recent evidence indicating it was needed. Very trustworthy folks at this company.… Read full review

Great experience with JnJ. Super prompt, received a text saying the tech would be there in 40 minutes, and sure enough they were pulling in 40 minutes later. My vent exits above the second floor, so it’s not something easily done DIY. The whole process took about 30 minutes and I’m pleased with the result.

Quick, professional and gave me some good tips on how to keep vents cleaned in between yearly cleaning. I would highly recommend !

Quick and Thorough.

I chose this company based on their excellent reviews and scheduled a dryer vent cleaning. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t reflect what I had expected. The service tech was fast, courteous and professional. I already left a review. I was pleased with the service for cleaning our dryer vent.

JNJ Did a great job! I had a tricky set up and he figured it out. There was a weird noise and the tech wouldn't stop until he found the noise, which was my daughter's debit card that had wedged into the drum. Cleaning it must have dislodged it. (BTW, said daughter hasn't lived here for 2 years.) Great company. Will use again!!!

Tech arrived on time, was very efficient diagnosing dryer vent issues and performing cleaning services. We are pleased with the result. We will continue to use JNJ for periodic future dryer vent cleaning.

Pete did a thorough job cleaning our dryer duct and vent. We appreciate the time and care he took to explain dryer vent safety, and we're now confident that our dryer will operate safely and efficiently.

Was impressed they gave me a 30 min and 15 min heads up before they got here. They work fast even in a less-than-ideal laundry room configuration. Best of all they did a great job.

Kyle was great. Professional and very nice.

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Would absolutely recommend them!!!

Excellent! On time. Quick. Knowledgable and friendly. Answered all questions Thank you!

Fair price ($125), efficient and knowledgeable. I bought my townhouse about 7 years ago and have never had the duct & vent cleaned. JNJ Dryer Vent Cleaning did a wonderful job! The technician that came was on-time, patient, and very professional. He found a bird nest in my dryer vent (must have been leftover from the spring/summer) which he carefully removed for me. Dryer vents can be fire hazards if not cleaned regularly, so this was a great catch on their part.

Did a nice job.

This was the best Christmas gift, yes, a bit unusual as a gift...but read on. I think the tech's name was Zander. He showed up on time and got right to work, then completely cleaned up too. Charlie, the technician, rang the doorbell twice and left immediately without giving me enough time to answer the door after coming out of the bathroom. Great service. Will use them again for sure!!

Very effective service. The dryer has not worked this effectively for some time.

JNJ Dryer Vent Cleaning is so easy to work with! Called and got an appointment for the same week - and now I have peace of mind and my dryer is working better!

Great experience! They were prompt and efficient. If you haven't had your dryer vent cleaned in a while I highly recommend JNJ.

Called them based on excellent reviews and they were great in every way!! Highly recommend!!

I called about setting up an appointment, and they happened to be right in the area, so they were at my house within 30 minutes! Great service, they even fixed my dryer hose that had a hole in it at no extra charge! Definitely plan to use them in the future.

Seth was great and very through!
