Very professional and does excellent work. Great local company to work with.

Flawless service

We have been using JNJ for many years to clean out our dry vent duct. They respond to requests quickly and do a phenomenal job. Many people in our development community use them and are also quite pleased. They are super friendly and get the job done right! They are THE BEST!!! Always a great job keeping my dryer vent clean! I do it annually or it becomes a fire hazard. They know because the staff are firemen.

We had just moved into a new house and discovered the previous owners must have never cleaned (the house or the dryer vent) in 20 years, and our brand new dryer was taking much too long to dry. I went online and googled dryer vent cleaning and was very impressed with the reviews for JNJ. I set up an appointment… Read full review

Absolutely fantastic service! Came out quick and cleaned/checked the dryer vent and then replaced an outside vent cover, that wasn’t on the original request. Andrew was wonderful to work with and will will absolutely be using them again!

The process from getting the appointment through their website, notifications of the upcoming appointments by email and text prior to the appointment, all works really well and efficiently! Appreciate the service, every time !! Thank you !

I love their scheduling system. It's quick, easy, and they come exactly when they say they will. In and out, great work. Professional and friendly people. Prices very reasonable.

The whole experience with JNJ Dryer Vent Cleaning was great for having my dryer vent cleaned. I received a response to my email inquiry the same day I sent it and was set up for an appointment quickly. Seth was professional and courteous and on time. He explained the length of the dryer vent and was careful with my… Read full review

On time, cleaned up and just the best overall experience. This is the second time we’ve used them and plan for a return visit in a year! Thank you.

Very pleased with work on my rental after the great work on my primary home. On time and very professional and honest with work needed and pricing.

Really happy with J&J Dryer Vent Cleaning. They showed up on time and did the job promptly. They are off duty firefighters and just happy to support our underpaid first responders and get great service at the same time.

I recently had my dryer vent cleaned for the 2nd time by JNJ Dryer Vent Cleaning. It won't be the last. I want to ensure we are safe and our appliance is running well. The whole process was very professional and I would recommend using them to all.

Quick, thorough and clean!!

They were awesome! The service technician was super communicative and very thorough. I thought everything went really smoothly and efficiently. The scheduling, the call ahead for the appointment, the service itself, and the follow up. Excellent all around, and totally worth the flat fee they charge.

July 2026 update , had them come out again . On time , priced fair , did a great job cleaning out my vent with minimal disruption to my day not sure what more you can ask for ! Still highly recommended! Jimmy the owner came to clean my vent, he was great. Arrived on time, did his thing while I was working and… Read full review

Seth was amazing. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and quick. I highly recommend this company!

Couldn't recommend JNJ more. Seth did a great job from start to finish. Booking was simple, communication was impeccable and the job was done quickly but thoroughly.

Had a great experience with JNJ! Great communication and fast responses. Seth was very timely and thorough, and we appreciated his explanations both before and after the service covering how he was going to clean the vent and what he found.

When the technician realize he may be a few minutes late, he called to let me know. That doesn’t happen too often anymore. Did a very thorough job and cleaned up.

Quick, easy and polite

Quick to respond and schedule. Second time having Seth out to our home for vent cleaning... On time, efficient, and all around pleasant experience!

Very professional, on time. Great experience!

Good communication. Polite and friendly. Came on time. Quick, efficient and informative and knowledgeable.

Excellent service and super nice staff! Highly recommend!

On time and very professional and thorough. I highly recommend JNJ.

Quick, thorough, good value

We trust this business wholeheartedly with the safety of our home’s dryer vent clean out process.

Fast. Reliable. Excellent job communicating and seeing if we had any questions.

I've been using them for years without issue. Recently I had to cancel an appointment for a dryer vent cleaning and they sent me a 35 dollar no show charge. Apparently there is fine print on their text messages that if you have to cancel you get this charge. I would have never agreed to this appointment had I known… Read full review

Will was great!

Updated 5/10/2026. I had my second dryer vent cleaning service by JNJ, this time by Seth. Another outstanding experience. I could have been easily sold an exterior accessory to keep birds out of the vent, but Seth didn't see any recent evidence indicating it was needed. Very trustworthy folks at this company.… Read full review

Great experience with JnJ. Super prompt, received a text saying the tech would be there in 40 minutes, and sure enough they were pulling in 40 minutes later. My vent exits above the second floor, so it’s not something easily done DIY. The whole process took about 30 minutes and I’m pleased with the result.

Quick, professional and gave me some good tips on how to keep vents cleaned in between yearly cleaning. I would highly recommend !

Quick and Thorough.

I chose this company based on their excellent reviews and scheduled a dryer vent cleaning. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t reflect what I had expected. The technician who arrived was somewhat unfriendly, avoided eye contact, and made me feel as though I was interrupting his day. After a brief look, he told me my… Read full review

Our service was great! The tech was kind, diligent, & did exactly what we needed done. He even showed my husband a video/camera footage of what was in our vent system. Thank you for your help & we will definitely recommend this service to others!

Excellent service! Fast and effective. Tyler was courteous and knowledgeable. Very good value for the money!

Very quick and reliable service. We have used JnJ in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

The tech did an excellent job. He explained everything clearly. Cleaned the vent and was able to diagnose the root problem. I would absolutely call them for future cleanings.

Everyone at JNJ was great!! From scheduling (and last minute rescheduling) to the service day of, I couldn’t be happier! Would recommend them to anyone in need of dryer vent cleaning!

The service tech was fast, courteous and professional. I already left a review. I was pleased with the service for cleaning our dryer vent.

JNJ Did a great job! I had a tricky set up and he figured it out. There was a weird noise and the tech wouldn't stop until he found the noise, which was my daughter's debit card that had wedged into the drum. Cleaning it must have dislodged it. (BTW, said daughter hasn't lived here for 2 years.) Great company. Will use again!!!

Tech arrived on time, was very efficient diagnosing dryer vent issues and performing cleaning services. We are pleased with the result. We will continue to use JNJ for periodic future dryer vent cleaning.

Pete did a thorough job cleaning our dryer duct and vent. We appreciate the time and care he took to explain dryer vent safety, and we're now confident that our dryer will operate safely and efficiently.

Was impressed they gave me a 30 min and 15 min heads up before they got here. They work fast even in a less-than-ideal laundry room configuration. Best of all they did a great job.

Kyle was great. Professional and very nice.

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Would absolutely recommend them!!!

Excellent! On time. Quick. Knowledgable and friendly. Answered all questions Thank you!

Fair price ($125), efficient and knowledgeable. I bought my townhouse about 7 years ago and have never had the duct & vent cleaned. I kept getting an error code on my dryer, so I scheduled an appointment with JNJ. They came out the next day, were very communicative and came during the provided window. Worked fast,… Read full review

Great Service, they know what they’re doing, & can advise you of why this should be done.

Responsive, easy scheduling, fast and friendly service, and even some advice on good practices - highly recommended!

Excellent service.

Today we used JNJ to clean our dryer vent. Seth was very professional. The service was great and Seth was very respectful of our home. To know these guys are local fire fighters what could be better. Great way to support local businesse. Highly recommended JNJ.

Very professional organization in the scheduling, execution and followup with their staff. We had Seth come out and he explained how important it is to have your vents cleaned once per year. As this company is owned and operated by local firefighters I would say we had an expert clean our vents! Highly recommend this service.

I was extremely happy with everything from communication to the work!! Great job, I will be using JnJ every year!!

Very nice crew, always a good job and very prompt, have used their services a few times in the past 5 years and pleased.

Quick response and an excellent job done.
