Alec was punctual and wasted no time assessing the plumbing problem and had the drain line cleared in under 20 minutes. I have been happy with the work and employees (Dan and Alec) at Jobe & Sons since I started using their services a few years ago.
Dan was absolutely superb. Very professional, highly skilled, told us exactly what we needed to know and didn't try to sell us on any extra stuff, no upsells. Was completely honest and fair and down to earth. I cannot recommend him highly enough. No question that these folks will be our permanent plumbing crew…
I contacted Jobe and Sons after hours expecting to leave a message for emergency service. Not only did they answer, but were very clear about the cost of emergency services and had someone to my house within an hour. The communication was great, pricing was fantastic, and service was top notch! I will be using them for my future plumbing needs!
