Friendly, arrived early, repair done efficiently and tested. Very pleasant experience (despite unexpected expense). Alex checked and found issue and gave me quote for work done and tested , Dave did the actual repair. Alex also worked up quote for possible water softener addition.

Alec was my plumber. He replaced angle stop valves for a toilet and 2 sinks.The garbage disposal was reinstalled. The shower handle filter was checked and adjusted. The adjustment for hot water (shower) is inside the handle. Our condo was built in 1973, so the water valves were deteriorating. Thanks Alec for plumbing repairs.

I called when the drain to my septic tank got plugged. I was more flexible on the schedule than they were! I discovered that my toilet was running at night. I called Jobe and Daniel showed up and discovered that my water pressure was too high. He installed a water pressure reducer at a reasonable price and solved the problem. Thank you for your professionalism.
