Mr. Jobe came to my home and explained everything. He even recommended a company to help us move forward with our insurance company. Alek was friendly and knowledgable. He took time to explain what he was doing and what the plan was moving forward when removing the water heater. He was polite, patient and great at keeping me notified along the way
Our water heater started leaking. I contacted Bradford White as the water heater was still under warranty. I called Jobe and Sons and actually got a live person before they officially opened. Stephen and his crew replaced the failing poly pipe in our home with pex and did an outstanding job. The extent of the work required many drywall opening and the crew marked each one so it was much easier to patch and paint when the work was done. Kudos to a job well done!
