Kyri and David showed up early, which was fantastic, gave me a quick estimate and started work right away. They had a very positive outlook and made sure we got the desired results. They had excellent communication with me about how the fixes were coming along. I highly recommend.
Great work, good communication, clear quotes. We will use them again.
Great experience. Stephen Jobe and his staff were delightful to work with. The crew who came out were communicative and competent. The work they did is clean and functional. I would definitely hire them again.
From the initial call through the entire appointment and subsequent solution, they were professional, honest, and efficient. Thank you.
Once parts arrived the service was completed quickly and efficiently at a price lower than quoted which was a nice surprise.
Best Plumber I've worked with in Tucson. I've used them for two different projects and the service, professionalism and results are phenomenal. The first project was unclogging second floor bathroom drains and the second was fixing the water pressure. We are extremely pleased with both. I will only use these guys in the future for any plumbing needs.
I had a leak outside and needed a new water main line from the meter. Donna got me scheduled the same day for a technician to come out and give me an estimate. Dan was very thorough with me, as to what he found and the process to repair the issue. He completed the job in one day and called me when finished. Highly recommend this company.
The most honest, trustworthy plumbers you will ever meet. Definitely a lifetime customer now!
Alexander arrived promptly to service our water heater and address pressure concerns with the water coming into the house. He replaced the pressure reducing valve which restored our expected water pressure while using multiple water fixtures at once!
Jobe and Sons plumbing was great to work with. A backflow prevention valve on our main line broke and stopped all water to our house. Alex and John came out to the house as promised within a couple hours. They were able to find the problem quickly and repair it. They didn't push for expensive upgrades, but…
Steve & his crew did excellent work, on time and diligent. They have been flexible with changes in plans that is typical of residential renovation projects. They hydro-jetted or drain lines and installed a ball valve to the service entrance. They will be returning to install shower and tub trim kits later on in the project.
Steve was fantastic and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be using Jobe and Sons Plumbing again!
Stephen from Jobe & Sons Plumbing responded in a very timely manor. Was very knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint our issues very clearly. He was on time, honest, and was able to repair our problem as soon as the part came in. Very professional, extremely polite, and even took the time to show an interested son…
Awesome and great service. Highly recommend!
Stephen was great to work with: kind, knowledgeable, efficient, easy going, and affordable. I’d use him again in a heartbeat!
Their customer service was outstanding. They had to deal with a difficult situation under my manufactured home, connecting a washing machine water line to the septic tank. Jobe never complained one bit about having to get under there to do the work. He just got in there and accomplished the job in a very timely…
Jobe & Sons are fast, trustworthy, professional and skilled. I won’t use anyone else.
I Highly recommend this company! You won’t be disappointed. We will call again if plumbing needs arise.
Had a leaking hose from water softner outlet. Was on top of garage. Quote given on same day as called. Great communication.
Steven was prompt, professional, kind and fun! Super responsive and on time! We just moved into our house and the company did the inspection during the purchase process and we hired them to complete the recommended work upon move in. We feel comfortable about the drain/sewer connected system and Steven was also very…
Jobe was professional, communicative, timely, honest and personable. Top marks all around.
Steven was a Gem 💎 there are not enough compliments I can give about this young man. If I could give more stars I would..
Jobe's enthusiasm and can do attitude, along with his experience, made quick work out of a difficult repair.
