Both men were on time and friendly. They removed the furniture off the rugs, rolled the rugs, and took them out. They quick and efficient.
Very accommodating. Well mannered young men
Absolutely the Best! Three high-end rugs - picked up, cleaned, and returned within 2 weeks. Great team that I can highly recommend!
Unbelievable that Joeys responded and came to our house in less than 24 hours from our first call especially since our area in Central Ky has suffered major flooding 3 days prior The two young men were pleasant and professional and they arrived right on time! Excellent experience so far!
The men who came were kind, thorough and pleasant. We appreciated them both! Thank you for your service.
I have had my 9x12 area carpet cleaned twice due to cat pee which is impossible to get out my yourself. When we picked up the carpet it looked like new and smelled wonderful!! I am so thankful for their expertise they can spare me from purchasing another carpet. Great customer service and pricing was excellent. Would highly recommend them!
Loved my first experience with Joeys. Crew was on time, kind and professional for both pick up and drop off for three oriental area rugs. Took extra care with furniture moving and breakables each time. Rugs look amazing including per spot treatments! Will use them again!!
Long time customer of Joey's because they do a thorough job, are diligent & efficient. Would recommend them for carpet, rug & upholstery cleaning to anyone.
On time, Very Knowledgeable + Excellent Customer Service! Thanks for highly recommending them, Cleav!
They were on time and were friendly. Did a great job. Would recommend. Did some large area rugs, stairs and bedroom.
The team of 3 went from quote to project completed in less than 3 hours. I liked how we quickly went through each carpet, piece of furniture and bathroom to quote by the micro-job. Josh and the team were friendly, professional and left everything spotless. I look forward to a return visit when we get the hardwoods…
We had an awesome experience with Joey‘s and would highly recommend them. We hadn’t done a carpet cleaning since we had moved it. It had some pretty gross spots on our carpet from three kids and dogs. They did a great job coming and giving us an honest quote about what they thought they could get up and not and then…
Joey’s guys just left and my house smells so clean. They did a thorough job. Last time they were here, they charged me more than it should have been. I wouldn’t have known it was wrong. The next day their office called and said I had been overcharged and corrected the mistake. How many businesses would have done that?
The guys were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They were careful and respectful. Highly recommend them! Will definitely use them for future rug cleanings.
These guys did a great job. I had two light colored chairs and a large couch cleaned. They tested the fabrics to make sure what was the proper cleaning method for each and they were different. I also had a 11x13 light colored area rug they took back to the shop to clean.
Sam and his assistant deserve a bonus. I would have tipped them but didn't have any money.
So pleased and impressed with the 2 young men, Sammy & Bobby who cleaned our carpets today. The process was done in a timely manner, the attention to detail was excellent! I highly recommend this company, they are top notch!
We had an excellent experience with the workmen from Joey’s Carpet Cleaning. They took time to answer all our questions and were clear. They told us if they thought a service was not necessary or best for our particular floors or furniture. Then they did the work with quiet efficiency. They were respectful and a…
Very nice guys
I have used Joey’s many times and never disappointed.
Carpet and area rug cleaning. On time, did a good job. Professional, respectful. Reasonably priced. Unable to remove some stubborn stains on area rug.
Professional service! Would recommend to individuals and large companies.
Very professional cleaning, pickup and delivery personnel were friendly and efficient
Sawyer, the lead tech was very professional and explained the process in detail. Very satisfied with the results.
Great job cleaning our couch, chair, and rug!!! It’s looks phenomenal! The guys were very professional and got the job done in a very timely manner!
Excellent experience. Would use them again for sure!
Very professional, friendly and explained the entire process with ease. Very happy with the service.
These folks are great. I was referred to them by other companies that no longer clean area rugs, and am very pleased with the responsiveness, quality of work and cost. This is now my go to rug cleaning business.
The two men were professional and did an excellent job.
Terrific customer service. Received email the appointment was confirmed, technicians called before arrival. Crew showed up and walked us through the entire process. Furniture came out great, they also picked up our rugs and will deliver them once complete. Can’t speak highly enough about this company and their…
As the owner of another small, locally owned business, we often need to hire specialist companies to assist our clients. EVERY time we need to have professional cleaning done, we call Ben at Joey's Carpet care. This is one of the easiest calls we make. We KNOW that every time we call Joey's, they will do an…
Hands down our favorite local business to utilize deep cleaning of floors/rugs/tile/wood flooring. From the initial sales call, quote, scheduling, and execution of services, everything was top notch. We have worked with them multiple times now and we have been pleased each time. If you are looking to support local,…
Josh and Collin did a great job. They were professional and careful of working around furnishings in our home. I was very pleased with the work they did. I would definitely use Joey's services again.
I posted a review of this business a couple of months ago that the owner got in touch with me out of the blue and asked me about my review he listened to me and sent another crew come out a redo the job again @ no charge covered by his company and you do not here of this kind of service these days they went out of…
