On time and very professional Carpet looks nice
The young men showed up on time, were very polite and efficiently cleaned my traffic areas as instructed. We are pleased! Thank you
Shane and AJ did an excellent job. They are very hard workers. I think they deserve a raise. 😀My carpets looks beautiful again. Thank you.
Called and scheduled very quickly for carpet clean where my puppy stained white berber carpet. Josh and team came out and addressed issues and were able to remove all the stains!! Excellant and professional! And reasonable too!
Nick was very thorough and polite! They were quick and efficient in cleaning our basement carpet. It’s like new! I called and they were here the next am. Great service! Ben and his team are the best in Lexington! 5 stars! ⭐️
Have used Joey's ever since I came to Ky from Ohio 30 plus yrs ago. Everytime I switched stores or facilities to work I always used Joey's. Starting radiation and chemo next week and they really jumped to help get scheduled so my ducts would be clean and house would be ready for dust free while taking treatments.…
Wonderful dryer vent cleaning job by Josh and Naeema. Terrible clog and cleared out completely!
On time. Very nice respectful young men. Good job
They are always on time, and and do a great job cleaning. I only call Joey‘s for our carpet care needs.
Worried about my mother trip and falling due to several wrinkles that had developed in high traffic areas and having almost fallen a couple of times i knew I needed help to stretch or cut and repair the carpet. My first call was to Joey's since they have done great cleaning for her previously and indeed they were…
Got an impossible carpet looking good again. Amazing!
This was the second time we’ve used them and provided excellent service again! Shane and AJ did great.
Great job!
The men who came were kind, thorough and pleasant. We appreciated them both! Thank you for your service.
I have had my 9x12 area carpet cleaned twice due to cat pee which is impossible to get out my yourself. When we picked up the carpet it looked like new and smelled wonderful!! I am so thankful for their expertise they can spare me from purchasing another carpet. Great customer service and pricing was excellent. Would highly recommend them!
They were on time and were friendly. Did a great job. Would recommend. Did some large area rugs, stairs and bedroom.
We use Joey’s for all our carpet care needs. We even used the to stretch a carpet that had begun to buckle after 10 years. They show up on time, work quickly, and do great work.
We had an awesome experience with Joey‘s and would highly recommend them. We hadn’t done a carpet cleaning since we had moved it. It had some pretty gross spots on our carpet from three kids and dogs. They did a great job coming and giving us an honest quote about what they thought they could get up and not and then…
Nick and the crew were great! The carpet looks awesome and I couldn't be happier! Quick work, courteous team, and great quality.
Nick was very professional and his teammate as well. Our carpets were cleaned quickly and throughly. He communicated when he would arrive and when he had the job complete.
Nick and tem were on time and hit the ground running. We discussed the scope of what we wanted to clean and within an hour the team was wrapped up. Nick explained what they did and ask of we had any queations and told us to call if we had any issues. They took care of business
Sammy and his coworker arrived and I showed them the areas and sofas they started working non stop. They were very courteous and explained the process before starting. My carpets were vacuumed first and cleaned then and came out beautiful. My living room sofas were cleaned as well. I will definitely use them again.
Nick was very courteous to let us know when he would be arriving. When Nick and team arrived they went over the areas that we wanted cleaned and gave us the price. It was very reasonable. They paid close attention to cleaning all areas and worked efficiently. They explained the drying time and said if we had any…
This was an excellent experience. They were recommended to me. Communicated everything very well on the phone. Sent text and email for appt. verification and sent me a text a picture of the technician who was coming that morning. They are very professional. Carpets were old and pretty dirty but they did an excellent job getting them clean.
Joey’s guys just left and my house smells so clean. They did a thorough job. Last time they were here, they charged me more than it should have been. I wouldn’t have known it was wrong. The next day their office called and said I had been overcharged and corrected the mistake. How many businesses would have done that?
The two service professionals were just that- very professional- took time to answer questions, explained process and went right to work. They were careful with the furnishings and very meticulous. Great service!
Sam and his assistant deserve a bonus. I would have tipped them but didn't have any money.
So pleased and impressed with the 2 young men, Sammy & Bobby who cleaned our carpets today. The process was done in a timely manner, the attention to detail was excellent! I highly recommend this company, they are top notch!
Sawyer was friendly, on time (actually early at my request), and completed in a timely manner. The light stains on the carpet are mostly gone and it smells incredible. Thanks. Will use again when I neee carpets cleaned.
We had an excellent experience with the workmen from Joey’s Carpet Cleaning. They took time to answer all our questions and were clear. They told us if they thought a service was not necessary or best for our particular floors or furniture. Then they did the work with quiet efficiency. They were respectful and a…
We had three rooms and a porch which were cleaned.
