Joey's Carpet Care & MicroSeal

Once again I am amazed and grateful for the team at Joey’s Carpet. One of the dogs made a mess(obscene) of the closet carpet and they came to the rescue. Oh and they were able to help us out just hours after I called. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t say enough good words.

Prompt, professional, excellent service and results every time.Joey’s is the best in Lexington, and it’s not even close.

Called and scheduled very quickly for carpet clean where my puppy stained white berber carpet. Josh and team came out and addressed issues and were able to remove all the stains!! Excellant and professional! And reasonable too!

Nick was very thorough and polite! They were quick and efficient in cleaning our basement carpet. It’s like new! I called and they were here the next am. Great service! Ben and his team are the best in Lexington! 5 stars! ⭐️

I have had my 9x12 area carpet cleaned twice due to cat pee which is impossible to get out my yourself. When we picked up the carpet it looked like new and smelled wonderful!! I am so thankful for their expertise they can spare me from purchasing another carpet. Great customer service and pricing was excellent. Would highly recommend them!

Fabulous service. I've used them multiple times and they are always professional and thorough.

This was an excellent experience. They were recommended to me. Communicated everything very well on the phone. Sent text and email for appt. verification and sent me a text a picture of the technician who was coming that morning. They are very professional. Carpets were old and pretty dirty but they did an excellent job getting them clean.

Joey’s guys just left and my house smells so clean. They did a thorough job. Last time they were here, they charged me more than it should have been. I wouldn’t have known it was wrong. The next day their office called and said I had been overcharged and corrected the mistake. How many businesses would have done that?

The two service professionals were just that- very professional- took time to answer questions, explained process and went right to work. They were careful with the furnishings and very meticulous. Great service!

Nice guys. Polite, clean, cared about doing a good job!

Josh Berryman was excellent! Not only was he knowledgeable (I ask a lot of questions) he was patient, polite, & diligent. I am very pleased with the outcome of my multiple area rugs.

Always professional and does an amazing job.

We had an excellent experience with the workmen from Joey’s Carpet Cleaning. They took time to answer all our questions and were clear.
