We have been customers John’s for years in the Allied Gardens area. And this is why.. I had a wonderful experience with Kayla.. Her professionalism, her expertise in her kindness all made a difference!! I could tell she cared … And I appreciated the ride home and back excellent service! thank you so much for having a wonderful staff!!
AMAZING service both customer service and automotive service. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Made my day so much easier.
Incredible mechanic shop! I have been taking my car to John’s for years, the team here is honest and hardworking. I fully trust when my vehicle is in their hands. I recently had a used car taken into their shop for inspection before purchase. They found some major issues with the vehicle, which ultimately helped me…
Thanks guys
Arrived early for my appointment. Was greeted and told how long I could possibly be waiting. Very professional crew, they have snacks in the waiting room
John’s Automotive Rock ! The only shop I go to for truck ! Always good reliable work . Friendly staff ! Great mechanics !
My first time visiting John's was a pleasant one. My driver side window motor decided it wouldn't work on a random Friday, and my soonest appointment with my dealership was the 19th. I was about to get my car dropped off that same day to John's on the 7th, and picked it up the 11th. Window works great and price was very reasonable.
I‘ve been going to John’s Auto for over 30 years. I go to his shop because I trust him and his staff. They are knowledgeable and friendly and always do great work. I usually give a five star rating. However, this time it took over 5 hours for an inspection, oil change, and turn signal light check. I arrived on time…
Take the best care of my 1965 Cadillac. For sure recommend.
Friendly, fair pricing, upfront about what they recommend and why.
From the very first phone call I felt well taken care of. They were very kind and treated me like I have been coming there for years which is very important to me because I just moved to the area and I was very nervous about going to a new place. The kindness and professiolism I experienced here is rarely matched…
Electrical issues are always fun. They traced out the problem and replaced a bad connector. Also fixed a backup light that I didn’t know that was not working. Thank you .
One of the best! I’ll definitely be coming back.
I have a 04 F350 with a freshly rebuilt engine. Drove from Phoenix to San Diego on my way to Ensenada. Stopped at Costco and would not start. The good John's was able to get me in same day. I thought it might be the alternator. They found a bad battery cable and dead battery. Replaced cable and recharged the battery…
Very good service, after dropping off my car at night service was fast and efficient. A very premium business
They are helping me get my 66 Plymouth Sport Fury back from a long slumber. They have had her a few weeks, and the list of work is nearly 3 full pages. I fully trust them, and feel like I found the best crew for the job
Quick, easy, and friendly!
Awesome - they are amazing - excellent service
Came to John's with an overheating issue that multiple shops and dealerships couldn't track down and fix. They listened to my tale of everything that had been tried, and humored my hunch that it might be an electrical issue in the main wiring harness. I gave them patience, they gave me persistence; the problem was…
Showed up with headlight and taillight issues, left with no issues. They were friendly yet professional. I will always recommend these guys.
One of the most professional non-dealer automotive repair shops you’ll find - but you’ll pay for it! It’s the old adage, “you get what you pay for”. So if you want to feel appreciated (treated with respect, timely updates, dedicated point of contact, clean atmosphere, complimentary refreshments, etc.) this is the…
Staff went above and beyond to take care of my car and educated me on how to be a better owner
Just filling in here to repeat that the staff on Riverdale appreciated the urgency of my situation and finished on schedule. The cost of parts & labor was reasonable & expected.
The whole John Automotive team is just simply amazing, honest, fair and now my extended family. It’s hard to find great reliable mechanics to work on vehicles these days. I would refer them in a heartbeat for any auto services. I especially want to thank Bryan Coburn for going above and beyond doing a thorough…
John’s is simply the best for courteous and professional automotive service. We have been taking our cars to John’s Automotive Care for over 20 years, and can honestly say we’ve never been disappointed. The peace of mind and value we get by taking our cars to a team we know we can trust, we know will treat us as…
My overall experience with John's Automotive were excellent. He told me that I needed to leave the car with them to do a diagnostic test on my 05 Toyota Camry XLE to see what repair needed to fix on the car so I did. He called me back the following day and told me what repair need to be on my. Got the repair done…
Very friendly staff! Very COVID-19 compliant.
I've been coming to John's for years, and every time I'm impressed by their professionalism, service, and patience. Justin in particular has had my back with a particularly difficult case. These guys go the extra mile, and they absolutely deserve your business!
Fantastic customer service and super fast turnaround time. These guys are the best at what they do
Great place to deal with
Brought my wife's car in for a few issues, thinking it was going to take at least a week to get new parts and run a heavy bill, but was very relieved to be wrong. The guys here kept me updated with phonecalls and emails including detailed descriptions and pictures of what was wrong, and what they were doing to fix…
I have gone here for about 2.5 years now. This place is honest and cares about the customer. I had issues with my F150 and had some electrical/battery issues, but they weren’t able to duplicate it. After 45 min and all the testing was done, they said everything was good and decided not to charge me. I have…
