Knowledgeable and friendly staff that provides honest feedback without any high-pressure sales tactics.
The busted passenger mirror unit was replaced in half a day after it was ordered. As a caregiver for my mother, I appreciate the efficiency. It works perfectly with all the electrical connections .
Quick and fair brake replacement, service advisors were nice and honest, will definitely come back
First time customer and very pleased with the service. Will be returning for future work.

We were in town from out of state. Our car was giving us trouble. They were quick to diagnose & remedy the situation. Bryan, Neil, & Rick were very nice, professional, very friendly and happy to help us out. We would recommend this place every time for your car service needs!
I went in for an oil change. My first time since losing a very good mechanic to cancer. I was pleasantly surprised by their friendliness, attention to detail and competent work. Bonus was a complete report on my car and what may need work in the future, but no pressure to do it now. Extra bonus points was the ride…
Very thorough in checking my vehicle to ensure preventive maintenance of a vehicle that is 12 years old. Excellent customer service!!
Everyone was incredibly accomodating, responsive and thorough in the the diagnostics and repair of my CX 5 and C230. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Shout out to Dave, Robert and all the technicians that worked on both vehicles...Very professional.

They are like a family doctor but for vehicles! Aawsome time! Arron you rock!
New to area and came as a first time customer from a referral. Service was great. Completed work on time and at a fair price.
I've been going to John's for years. I've found them to be absolutely honest and care about their customers. Rick is very knowledgeable and is always a pleasure to talk with.
Had a 69 Corvette "restored" to good running condition from it sitting a lot.
I like when I can collaborate with a person or business rather than blindly accepting what they determine is needed. Johns Automotive team (front staff and mechanics) researched and discussed with me what was needed now and were prepared with information of what would need to be done down the road. I feel that the…
Great place to bring your car.
Honest and straight forward diagnosis of an ongoing issue with my hyundai was much appreciated after multiple other mechanics couldn't figure it out.
They are always very thorough and work with you to make each visit affordable by prioritizing the most urgent maintenance/repairs items for the visit.
John’s Automotive Rock ! The only shop I go to for truck ! Always good reliable work . Friendly staff ! Great mechanics !

I have been taking my vehicles to them for years they have Excellent service!!! They stand behind their service and work. They do a great review of my vehicle overall condition and thorough inspection! Communication via text and email is super! I cannot give them a more stronger recommendation!!!
John’s Automotive Care truly raised the bar for what a five-star review should be. They were completely transparent about the work performed and explained everything clearly. My vehicle was serviced with an oil and filter change, new air filter, and tire balancing, along with a thorough suspension inspection that…
I have been going to John’s for quite some time now. They are always transparent and honest. I brought my 2019 Chevy traverse in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did a thorough inspection and did not try and hard sell me any extras but thoughtfully pointed out maintenance items to keep my car running…
I‘ve been going to John’s Auto for over 30 years. I go to his shop because I trust him and his staff. They are knowledgeable and friendly and always do great work. I usually give a five star rating. However, this time it took over 5 hours for an inspection, oil change, and turn signal light check. I arrived on time…
I’ll never take my car anywhere else again! John’s is reliable, honest, and friendly. As a woman with limited car knowledge, bringing my car somewhere can be a little intimidating but I’ve never felt uncomfortable at John’s. They explain everything, give reasonable recommendations, and keep me updated if anything…
Arron was great. The whole process was fast and they walked me through everything.
Great
We love John’s Automotive! They are honest, kind, and do great work. We searched high and low for a great automotive care business when our beloved Hontech retired their business and themselves, deservedly so. Found it! John’s Automotive! We are very, very happy with the service we have had for both our Toyota Prius and RAV4.
Polite. Provided a ride to/from my local office while waiting for an oil change. Honest about a possible issue and told me to contact dealership to check if still under warranty rather than just charge to fix it.
John's Automotive never disappoints. Amazing people, great service and good value.
John’s automotive has always provided fast friendly service at a fair price.
Have been using John's Automotive for years! Quality service at a reasonable price! I highly recommend!
Dave is the Best! He is friendly and knowledgeable. I had a last minute, oh I forgot to ask if you could and without a doubt. He said, no problem, we'll take care of it. Very thorough. Will not take my car anywhere else but John's Automotive.
Scheduled appointment for simple service. No pressure up sell for recommended services on vehicle. Email communication with inspection results super informative. Very friendly and fast. Would recommend.
We bought a 2002 Firebird for my son's first car. It needs a lot of TLC and professional help. With the aid of Benjamin, our Service Rep, we put together a list of priorities to keep my son safe. No high pressure, no unnecessary repairs just solid, honest, professional service. John's was recommended to us by our…
The service was great!
Very satisfied, the routine service was just as promised, the inspection is always helpful and we're taking care of an existing concern on my next visit. I've always used NAPA parts and their service centers when possible, I always feel I got the right advice and reasonable solutions.
Quick, great, and courteous service. I have come to expect this from the John’s Automotive crew every time.
This would have been a 5-star rating if the tech who had to get inside my glove compartment in order to access a lever had bothered to pick up the CDs and napkin that fell out and landed on my passenger-side floor. There was nothing on the floor before he got into the glove compartment. That was sloppy. Makes me…
I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else! They take such good care, make sure they call and update you on what need to be done etc.
I worked with Arron who was extremely responsive, helpful, kind and patient with me! He helped me out a lot and found an easy and cost efficient fix to my cars issue.
Friendly, fair pricing, upfront about what they recommend and why.
I have used Johns Auto for the past several years and each time they service my car it is a great experience. They are very thorough and takes pictures of all of the parts they assess. The pricing is so reasonable and beats my dealership every time. Thank you for your excellent customer service!
Everyone working in this place is super nice and professional. They take time to explain all the details about car problems and solutions. They breaking the prices down bit but bit. I love this autoshop.
Herb so so so nice and personable.. but slow!! They did a thorough diagnostics which was needed .. But Why should an oil change and tire balance take over 6 hours ?? I kept my composure, but not good. That was not good at all waiting all day for an oil change ? I usually wait an hour .. All I wanted was wot was on…
We love how John’s team treats us like family. No matter who we talk to, from the front desk to the technician servicing our vehicle, every member of the team is communicative and helpful! Would not trust our vehicles with anyone else.
Always great service at Johns
As a skeptical person by nature I am always on guard when dealing with businesses such as John’s Automotive. As hard as I try, I can’t find anything I don’t like about this business.
One of the friendliest, most courteous auto shops I've had the pleasure of working with. Amazing and fast service and I will definitely be returning for any future car needs!
Service was fantastic! Keep me updated, gave me options and explained what they were doing every ateo of the way.. I had run over something in the road and had a bad experience with the previous mechanic I took it to.John’s automotive Went completely through the car told me what needed to be fixed.
