Amazing service! Very honest and kind people working here. Neil was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the issues with my car and even though the issues exceeded what they were able to do at the shop he gave me great recommendations to shops they trust to work with and in the event i decided to purchase a new…
Very thoughtful and professional from the very beginning!
Always polite and informative. John’s Automotive is fair and good work. I took my van in for an oil change, and they gave me a full report on things that needed attention. From severe to passive. I now plan preventative care instead of emergency care. I know what needs attention and how much to budget.
Everyone at John's Automotive Care is knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. They even gave my dog a treat!
Honest and straight forward diagnosis of an ongoing issue with my hyundai was much appreciated after multiple other mechanics couldn't figure it out.
Always a pleasure taking my car in for service. Neil is a great sales person and gives great advice.
John’s Auto is great! I have brought my car here a few times and it is the only place I go to now. I love they send me pictures of the issue and explain completely what they are doing. Extremely honest! I brought the car in once before and I had a small problem which I thought was big and they did the small fix at…
I’ll never take my car anywhere else again! John’s is reliable, honest, and friendly. As a woman with limited car knowledge, bringing my car somewhere can be a little intimidating but I’ve never felt uncomfortable at John’s. They explain everything, give reasonable recommendations, and keep me updated if anything…
John’s Auto place is the best place! I walked in with the Tow guys and was attended to right away! Thanks for taking care of me and the car!! Even got good service over the phone and regarding the pricing! Made my moderate expense! Wouldn’t go far otherwise! Great Team!!! Love you gals and guys! Always
John's Automotive never disappoints. Amazing people, great service and good value.
We bought a 2002 Firebird for my son's first car. It needs a lot of TLC and professional help. With the aid of Benjamin, our Service Rep, we put together a list of priorities to keep my son safe. No high pressure, no unnecessary repairs just solid, honest, professional service. John's was recommended to us by our…
I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else! They take such good care, make sure they call and update you on what need to be done etc.
Great service! I’ve been using their services for the past 6 years for three different cars and every time they surprise me how detailed their inspections are from immediate concerns to looking ahead to further maintenance in the future. Thank you Tony S. for a great inspection.
We love how John’s team treats us like family. No matter who we talk to, from the front desk to the technician servicing our vehicle, every member of the team is communicative and helpful! Would not trust our vehicles with anyone else.
John's Automotive is a wonderful blast from the past. Honest, professional, fast and friendly. We've had two vehicles serviced there in the past two weeks and both were done in less than 24 hours at a very reasonable price
They always do quality work and I know I can trust them.
These guys take great care of my car! My car runs like it’s brand new every time I get it back. From routine services to inspecting my vehicle after an accident and getting it back to running perfectly, John’s Automotive is the best. They are experts in their field and they know customer service! Knowing that…
I was referred by a family member and am so happy they did! John's was able to get my car in for a transmission flush right away and beat Audi's pricing. Stop looking and just call the Homies.
This place is Awesome, I’ve been coming here for years and it’s the only place I trust with all three of our vehicles. Always fast and friendly service with great prices.
I needed an emergency transmission flush on my car before embarking on a weekend trip and John’s automotive care took such great car of both me and my car. Being a young student, car issues can be very intimidating but I was greeted with kindness and understanding right off the bat. Dave made sure I was fully aware…
I have been a customer for over 5 yrs and every time I have experienced the best auto service at the right price.I fully recommend John's Automotive Care!!
I have been using John’s automotive for almost three years now and have nothing but great things to say about them. They’re honest in their assessments and have a great front office. Benjamin is accommodating and thoroughly explains your vehicle’s condition prior and makes sound recommendations about what services…
I have been a customer of John's forever. I trust no one else to touch my 1979 Pontiac Firebird and they take care of all of the cars we have in our home. I constantly refer people to John's because I know without any doubt they will not only be getting the best customer service but a skillful, professional team of…
Our SUV was due for a routine inspection. We’ve been very fortunate that in the last few years we haven’t had any major problems and the reviews for John’s were impeccable. We made an appointment within a couple days and they called us the same day they inspected to go over the necessary and recommended repairs.…
