I didn’t like that they don’t notice any of the other problems happening with my car. My car’s power steering is leaking and none of that was mentioned during their inspection of my car (inspection alone was 220$). The report they gave me was lackluster, I was expecting they’d give me a detail report with images of…
I can't say enough about John and his staff -- kind, friendly, funny, caring , honest, knowledgeable, and down right down to earth. My munchkin (um....young adult) lived out of state for a bit and bought a jeep with over 200K miles on it because it looked cool and was his favorite colors. Unfortunately, he took it…
My sister loves the news brakes! Kayla was super informative and gleeful. From learning she was the master-mind behind the teams fantastic social media to her extensive knowledge on mechanics to customer service. Everything she found in her bumper to bumper diagnosis was written out in plain-english and truly…
Performed diagnostic review and reset of onboard computer. Conducted thorough inspection of entire vehicle and noted possible problem items.
John’s Automotive is a great shop! Great service and very transparent with everything when it comes to your vehicle needs. I only got a diagnostic done but the specialist Rick was extremely informative and provided me with a lot of information and feedback on my vehicle.
John’s Automotive is a first class operation. They’ve done work on my Lexus and my Scion and I am extremely happy with the results, including their pricing. I’m retired from 45 years of owning my own trucking business and maintaining my trucks. That qualifies me to give Johns Automotive a Five out of five stars.…
The work performed seems to be great. My car is running well. Customer service is outstanding at John’s. Kayla is quite personable, as well as efficient, polite and professional. Overall I am very pleased and always choose John’s for my auto care.
Rick was great, no pressure on services that were suggested, was thorough and friendly. Highly recommend, they don't try to up sale you like other places.
Very professional and fair pricing. They do a great job. Very honest and go above and beyond with customer service!!! I recommend them to anyone who is having car trouble.
Incredible mechanic shop! I have been taking my car to John’s for years, the team here is honest and hardworking. I fully trust when my vehicle is in their hands. I recently had a used car taken into their shop for inspection before purchase. They found some major issues with the vehicle, which ultimately helped me…
This shop is my first choice for everything automotive. They are professional yet personal, the work is always completed at or below competitor prices and on time. After 4 years bringing both my business and personal vehicles here I drive with confidence knowing that if they have signed off on it...its good to go.…
New to area and came as a first time customer from a referral. Service was great. Completed work on time and at a fair price.
Aaron was so helpful. I really appreciate the honest service!!
John’s Automotive Care truly raised the bar for what a five-star review should be. They were completely transparent about the work performed and explained everything clearly. My vehicle was serviced with an oil and filter change, new air filter, and tire balancing, along with a thorough suspension inspection that…
I can't recommend John's Automotive Care enough. After a previous shop damaged the right rear seal bearing on my 2004 Suzuki XL-7, I brought it here. This was no simple job, as the damage was so significant that it required multiple different machine shops to finally get the parts properly repaired. My mechanic,…
Napa and AAA certified what more do you need to be sure of quality care. Just had my 96 ram touring van in and it is back to running like new . Thanks
Very professional and efficient! my husband and I have been bringing our cars to John's Automotive for years. We trust their diagnostic powers, and have never been disappointed in the outcome. They stand by their work.
Dave is the Best! He is friendly and knowledgeable. I had a last minute, oh I forgot to ask if you could and without a doubt. He said, no problem, we'll take care of it. Very thorough. Will not take my car anywhere else but John's Automotive.
Very satisfied, the routine service was just as promised, the inspection is always helpful and we're taking care of an existing concern on my next visit. I've always used NAPA parts and their service centers when possible, I always feel I got the right advice and reasonable solutions.
Great service! Very attentive and quick at getting back to you and keeping you updated. Prices are very reasonable as well.
Very professional shop with thorough diagnostic! They even took photos and videos presented in a professional inspection result package that I printed out. Although I only had an inspection done, my options for service were explained in detail and the price seemed fair.
I visited Johns Automotive Care for the first time today. After my wife and daughter ran over something on the 125 my vehicle was making noises. It's a newer electric car and I feared the worst. The team at John's had my car up on a lift and a valuated within 30 minutes. I did call ahead and spoke with Joseph.…
Great service! I’ve been using their services for the past 6 years for three different cars and every time they surprise me how detailed their inspections are from immediate concerns to looking ahead to further maintenance in the future. Thank you Tony S. for a great inspection.
I have used Johns Auto for the past several years and each time they service my car it is a great experience. They are very thorough and takes pictures of all of the parts they assess. The pricing is so reasonable and beats my dealership every time. Thank you for your excellent customer service!
Everyone working in this place is super nice and professional. They take time to explain all the details about car problems and solutions. They breaking the prices down bit but bit. I love this autoshop.
John's will give you a full report with pictures of the parts that they recommend fixing. They advised me on what should and shouldn't be addressed at the time. They even helped me by shuttling me home after I dropped my car off.
The staff was really personable and knowledgeable. I appreciate their honesty and straightforwardness.
Herb so so so nice and personable.. but slow!! They did a thorough diagnostics which was needed .. But Why should an oil change and tire balance take over 6 hours ?? I kept my composure, but not good. That was not good at all waiting all day for an oil change ? I usually wait an hour .. All I wanted was wot was on…
Amazing experience, super helpful guys, dumbed down all the problems for me and didn’t try to over charge or confuse me
I took my car into John’s for a AAA inspection (for the second time) and they not just met, but exceeded my expectations. They did a thorough job, even emailing a detailed breakdown of what I found! Kudos Rick and the rest of the team!
Truck was making loud metal to metal noise. They did their inspection and found a few bolts loose. John's auto was the 3rd shop to look at this issue. Only shop to notice these loose bolts. Tightened bolts and 95% of the noise is gone. Very courteous and did not try to sell something not needed. My new shop.
It was a very smooth process in getting a inspection for vehicle were are gong to purchase. Arron was very helpful with great communications.
I’ve been going here for a few years. They’re always professional, do great work, and at a good price.
They inspected my electric car for it's 15,000-mile maintenance. Cost was very reasonable. It's nice to have an option to take my electric car other than the dealer.
This is the best auto repair business we have ever used. They are affordable, polite and know what they are doing. They dont try and make a huge list of unneeded repairs. Love this mom and pop shop. They have a client for life.
John's Automotive is a wonderful blast from the past. Honest, professional, fast and friendly. We've had two vehicles serviced there in the past two weeks and both were done in less than 24 hours at a very reasonable price
My car was super jacked up and I had no idea what was going on. Took it to John's and within 48 hours I had an email plainly detailing all the issues of my car, how severe it was, and information on the recommendations. The repairs were a bit pricey, but everything was itemized and broken down and it was priced fairly. I would definitely go to them again!
These guys take great care of my car! My car runs like it’s brand new every time I get it back. From routine services to inspecting my vehicle after an accident and getting it back to running perfectly, John’s Automotive is the best. They are experts in their field and they know customer service! Knowing that…
First time using them and what great honest customer experience and service! I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Dawn.
Very good service, after dropping off my car at night service was fast and efficient. A very premium business
They are helping me get my 66 Plymouth Sport Fury back from a long slumber. They have had her a few weeks, and the list of work is nearly 3 full pages. I fully trust them, and feel like I found the best crew for the job
Good employees and very honest
I liked the print out of the results of the inspection. It was very detailed and included photos. They also fixed the issue the car was brought in for.
I had repair work done last week for oil leak and water pump leak. It took all week, which included inspection, dealing with warranty company, as well as making the necessary repairs. They communicated and kept me updated with progress during the week. They are very complete and stand by their work. I recommend…
Extremely courteous, punctual and they do a great job keeping our cars in tip top shape.
Happy to have found an honest, reliable and affordable mechanic. Ask for Aaron, Dave, Dawn… the entire team is awesome!
The team was kind and kept me up to date with necessary information.
Always good work
Great service - and communication! So happy to have gone here - they are awesome!!
Dave was amazingly helpful, understanding, and accommodating. He took care of all my needs, communicated clearly throughout, and helped me understand next steps. Very much appreciate John’s Automotive’s personal care & attention, even to basic simple needs.
This is a business that I can always depend on. Realized I needed a smog check by a Star Station before I could get my truck registered. When I called they gladly fit me in. The staff is friendly and professional. Service is dependable.
John’s was a extremely easy experience. Their team of pros made drop off and pick up easy, service was fairly priced, and they even have snacks and coffee. Hard to beat
Most excellent service! I don’t know why I ever took my car anywhere else and from now on I won’t make that mistake again! No hidden fees, no fake tack on services and an immaculate space. I very much appreciate how they take care of everyone’s health and safety.
I took my car into John’s automotive care for a Smog Check. My experience was the best, good communication and very knowledgeable about cars. After waiting on my car and listening as they talk to customers, they made each person feel like family, I sure did. I enjoyed my visit so much I didn’t want to leave. I…
Super fast and friendly. Great workmanship, too!
I'll be taking a long trip in my car and wanted to have my car checked. I just had the oil changed by the Service Department at the dealership I bought the car from and get a vehicle inspection with each oil change. I told them about my trip and asked that they do a more thorough check. I got my car back with no…
Wonderful! Great customer service. Not pushy. Tried to give me a discount at the end which was unexpected and just so sweet. And their car inspections are SUPER thorough. Defo going back.
Repairs done to pass Smog. Thanks you all.
Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable technicians.
The people there were really friendly. My car’s engine died, and although the I wasn’t able to get repairs due to high prices, they were happy to work with me as I figured out other options. If I have future car maintenance, I’ll probably go here.
Super convenient. Free shuttle service in a 6 mile radius. Up front estimate of price and required time for parts and labor was spot on. No crazy recommendations for unnecessary services. Price was reasonable. I'm very happy I brought my car here.
Great, AAA respectful customer service. Photos taken of parts needing attention were part of the vehicle inspection report. Report was emailed and easy to understand. Their work is guaranteed which gives me peace of mind. I recommend John’s Automotive Care.
