In the fall of 2005, I decided to try John’s Automotive for my car maintenance. Thus far, both appointments have been thorough and well explained.
We have been coming to John’s Automotive for a long time. No matter what car we have had they always take the time to tell us what needs to be done. Always prompt service and everyone there has been helpful. We will keep bringing our cars there. The customer service is excellent.
Friendly and informative. Very flexible and great service. Fixed the problem after explaining what the problem was so I would understand. Also followed up to make sure the issue remained resolved several days afterwards.

Very helpful. I have some mechanical work experience so may have a general idea of when and where to look and repair. John's has repaired and inspected items that other shops had wrongly done or estimated. Go there first for fair treatment!
