Friendly, quick and professional service. I'll go back.
Al & the team found a time quickly to do an oil change & inspect my car due to a work-required safety report. My Honda CRV is 6 yrs old and I've had ZERO problems. Al & his team keep it running and problem-free. Love the peace of mind they provide!
We had our oil changed and while there I needed a couple of filters changed. My GMC is 4 years old and the filters were needed. My suv runs great. Thanks for the great service John’s Automotive
The great poet Robert Frost said that if you can find a good tax man and an honest mechanic you are a lucky man. In Al and his team I have been very lucky. These folks are extremely honest and talented. I have been a customer for over two decades. They are simply the best.
John's Auto has experienced, qualified people working on our beloved car with 185,000 fun trip miles on it. They are just great to work with.
The team at John’s automotive always takes time to answer my questions and doesn’t try to provide services that my car doesn’t need. Was able to get my battery changed last minute and my car is running great!
Great experience. Very professional!

I made my first visit to John's Automotive after seeing him on the Friday morning show on KCRG. He made a donation to a lical animal shelter! I called on Monday for an appointment. They were quick and efficient in caring for my car. They even had it waiting at the front door for me. Thanks for the great service.
They are always friendly, professional, and efficient.
In the fall of 2005, I decided to try John’s Automotive for my car maintenance. Thus far, both appointments have been thorough and well explained.
Always very friendly and professional… great people to deal with!
Such a great experience! From scheduling to discussing the services, I really trusted everyone there to make sure my car was in the best shape needed. Al is a great guy and looked after me while making decisions! I’ll be going for all my car needs from here on out

If you're looking for an ethical car repair shop that provides and lives up to it's repair warranty you won't find a better shop than John's Automotive. Al and his employees stand behind their repairs and will make it right if an issue arises during their 3-year, 36,000 mile warranty period. That's great peace of mind.
As always I received prompt and friendly service at John's Auto. I rolled in at my appointment time and they got me right in and right back out again with no problem. I would highly recommend these guys for any repairs you may need.
Excellent service
John's Automotive do quality service. Dependable and reliable service.
Great people, and they do it right the first time.
John's checked out my two concerns and determined on the first it was best to not waste my money and their time since the fault was not currently happening. I greatly appreciated this. They offered a cause and solution for the second which I accepted and my vehicle is no longer making the noise which caused me…
Great service, amazing communication, they were very honest. Knowledgeable. I asked a-lot of question and they did a good job of answering them all. My car was done the same day it went in.
I was going on a trip to celebrate a family member and I needed my battery replacement unexpectedly and John’s Automotive service was so kind to fit my car service into their busy schedule and with such quick reliable service .
We had a Subaru that was excessively leaking oil that we wanted to get inspected and hopefully fixed. We made an appointment at Johns Automotive for this. We had low expectations for the outcomes since this is a 20 yo car with 180,000 miles. Al and his crew got to diagnosing the car issues right away and generated…
Always friendly, professional, and I trust their recommendations. I also appreciate the fact that they keep an on-line history of what has been done to your vehicle as well communications about service.
Always good service. Nice people. Very professional. Super friendly.
Al & Doug are always so great to deal with. We have been customers for years and would alway recommend them!
Completed on time and I was notified of other issues I may need to address in the future
Very helpful. I have some mechanical work experience so may have a general idea of when and where to look and repair. John's has repaired and inspected items that other shops had wrongly done or estimated. Go there first for fair treatment!
I had a great experience here - Al was able to provide pictures of everything wrong with my car and explained what needed to be done and when I agreed on the estimate it was all done the next day. I plan on coming here for all of my automotive needs from now on.
Johns automotive always has done a great job on my Ram 2500
Another great experience with John's Auto. Two oil changes last week for family vehicles while I was at work. 100% recommend.
Very pleasant to work with. They are honest with you..
Love John's Automotive. They are great to deal with, listen to me and answer all my questions. Most of all I trust them and have used them for years.
Prompt and friendly service. ♥️ it!
Went over issues, saved us a bit of money, and got my vehicle winter ready.
Fast friendly service!
Al and Doug were awesome. Got there at 8 and was done by 8:30. Fastest oil change I’ve ever got and felt good about it. Usually I’ll go to a jiffy lube or something, which is more expensive, and they just get you in and out no sticker to let you know when to come back didn’t look at the car. Not at John’s, gave me…
Friendly and kind staff with excellent expertise!
I've found cheaper places around town, but no shop that can beat the quality of work I've experienced time after time over the last several years when John's works on my trucks. If price is the only factor you care about, you're going to miss the VALUE these guys offer. I'll be a customer again.
Fast and easy drop off. Quick and helpful check-in Overall a great service, I’ll be back in 5000 miles
Had an oil change done, was in and out in no time at all. This included checking tire pressure etc. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
John's Automotive has always operated with honesty and integrity, and I am always confident in their expertise.
Very quick and friendly. One of the most professional auto shops I've been to. Prices were very reasonable.
Very friendly staff! Quick service! My go to garage!
Al, Doug and the shop guys do a fantastic job. They always care about treating me right and getting the job done right. Would recommend John's Automotive to anyone. Best shop in town!
Needed a tie rod replaced. Very convenient to have the loaner vehicle!
Very good experience and fast service.
The starter went out on my car. John’s automotive had my car finished the next day. They also repaired a belt and an oil change. Wonderful service and great people!
Won’t take our cars anywhere else! Al and staff always provide top quality work at competitive prices. You never have to worry about unnecessary services or repairs. They are honest, reliable and treat customers like friends. GREAT small owner operated business.
Every time I have a request for service, they go above & beyond to make sure I get what i need. Polite, considerate, accommodating, & thorough.
They were pleasant, timely and professional.
Al and Doug and the rest of the staff are always great there. Honest and take a genuine interest in you.
They are honest and don’t try to sell me something I don’t need.
I have been going to John's for 10 years and have always gotten excellent service. I really feel like I can trust their work and their opinions about the needs of my vehicles. I would recommend John's to anyone needing a place that they can call "my mechanic", not just a shop to get some work done.
They got me scheduled quickly. They did the repairs requested and I was billed a fair price. I will use them again.
Very professional!! Explained everything to me in detail, actually showed me how bad the filters were. I will recommend all family and friends to these guys. So nice to find trustworthy and honest mechanics!!!
These guys are great they keep you informed on everything and they take great care of you
Excellent, fast and trustworthy
Al and the team at John's do great work! I know I can trust Al with his knowledge and experience when my vehicle is in need of something. Thank you for your quick, efficient, and professional services!!
John's Automotive is my go to location for auto repair. I take all of my vehicles to John's. Al and his team provide top notch service.
Amazing service from my first phone call to when I picked up my car after it being fixed. The prices are great and you know you are getting top notch service. They were able to tell me what needed to be fixed right away and showed me the damage. They really work with you to make sure your experience is GREAT!
Al worked us in after an unexpected change in our appointment popped up. Always fast and friendly and fair service.
Have used John's Automotive Service for years, even before Al took over and have always experienced excellent service! Friendly atmosphere, and willing to answer any questions I may have. Reasonable prices along with quality service. If you are looking for a new mechanic, give Al a call.
