He clearly explained the issue and showed picture and video evidence of the damage, which I really appreciated. After completing the repair, he also shared pictures and video of the work…
John was very prompt to come inspect my damage. He takes video and photo evidence and is open and honest. His prices are very fare and he warranties his work. He is a true tradesman and good American. I recommend John for any roofing repairs or consultation. He has more years doing it than 95% of the people you'll find. Choose John Knabe.

After reading his stellar reviews, she called him. He was at the Lowe's not far from our house and was at our door shortly afterward and then went up on the roof and quickly assessed the issue. He showed us the video of cracked vent covers and gave us a price for the work. We agreed. He and a partner were back up on the roof by 11:30 and done by 12:30. He showed us a video of the completed work, and we happily paid him! What we were afraid would be a major issue was addressed in just over 4 hours! We'd highly recommend John's House Improvement and Services!

I cannot say enough good things about John and his services. Last Friday, the rain and wind caused a hairline crack in my roof, which resulted in water leaking through a vent in my laundry room. We had such a pleasant experience with John and would recommend him highly. I contacted John for roof check because we found singles laying on the yard after the strong wind. He came the same day for inspection and quoted very reasonable price for the whole roof repair. The roof was fixed next day , right before another wind hits hard.
