They have a “convenience fee” of 3% for debit/credit which is horribly inconvenient. Oh the irony. Workmanship is superb though. And great staff!
Took a few weeks to get done, but you can't rush good work and the quality of the repair speaks for itself! The damage to the front driver side of my Buick is completely gone, you can't even tell there was any damage. They also seamlessly worked with the insurance provider of the at-fault party and the rental car…
I’ve been taking my vehicles to Johnson Autobody for over 20 years. Thankfully, not very often. I’m glad that the level of customer service and quality of work has remained consistent during this time Todd and his team have picked up right where Mike and Rosie had left it. Seamless transition, at least from a…
Communication and professionalism are next level. Highly recommend.
From start to finish they were fantastic! Hope I don’t need them again, but would definitely recommend them and would use them again.
I was so impressed with the repairs & customer service I received @ Johnson's that we're already preparing to drop off another vehicle for body work. A friend of mine recommended Johnson Auto Body after my car was rear-ended by an uninsured driver. I was already concerned about having to go through my own insurance company to have my damages handled, and I did *not* want to use one of the chain body shops in the area (I've been burned in the past and I'd rather…

Todd and his staff were very efficient and friendly. The repair to my automobile was outstanding. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.
They were friendly, professional and timely getting my car finished. However they had issues being able to get a hold of my insurance and I had to play the middle man. I think 80% of the problem was on my insurance company.
