When I needed a survey done on my property I was aware that there were few lots in my neighborhood surveyed and none of them nearby. I interviewed several surveyors and chose Robert Johnson because he had experience in doing a vasty variety of survey jobs and he was knowledgeable about Portland City neighborhoods…

When I needed a survey done on my property I was aware that there were few lots in my neighborhood surveyed and none of them nearby. I interviewed several surveyors and chose Robert Johnson because he had experience in doing a vasty variety of survey jobs and he was knowledgeable about Portland City neighborhoods and what was required to survey my property. He gave me solid estimate. "Not one of "it depends on and how many persons are needed etc". He was easy to communicate with and his work ethic is impeccable. We discussed what my responsibilities and there was not a problem. I notified the neighbors and and cleared access to mark the property lines. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a survey.

Robert is the best... He has done subdivisions, minor land partitions, boundary surveys, and small land use applications on many projects for us. We don't use anyone else in Oregon. He pays attention to detail and cares about the work he produces. I have worked with Robert for over 20 years... I wish he worked in more states so he could do all our survey work. He is highly skilled and not many know that major jobs use him like Intel and the zoo because he is so skilled. He is one of the few that tells the truth even when it is not popular. I appreciate that about him. Do business with someone you can trust...

I would add more than 5 stars if allowed. I needed a survey done in St Helens. First place I called never called back. Robert called back immediately. From the beginning, Robert was professional, communicated well, was sure and confident of his abilities to accomplish what we needed. I did not get any other bids as I felt Robert would be able do what we needed with most likely no disappointments. As predicted he did a fantastic survey for us. Mission accomplished, I highly recommend Robert Johnson as a surveyor. He is quite adept at what he does and sticks with his original bid - no surprises! I hope there’s an opportunity in the future to work with him again. Robert tackled what looked like an impossible task, and in so doing, allowed us to move forward with our building project. Very happy. A+
