Very good service. Friendly personality.
Pool was green from a former rep not treating pool correctly. Steve came back two days in a row to get the pool back to normal.
He was very informative, and well spoken. Good guy.

I’ve been with Jomo Pools for about three months now, and the service has been fantastic. Consistent visits, clear communication, and overall just super smooth. Customer service has been quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful every time. They've been head and shoulders above any other pool company I've tried in the area. Highly recommend
Always doesn’t great job!
He did a great job finding a solution to the problem. His assessment that motors need to not be cluttered is true but the motor is very old and that was the cause of it no longer working. Thanks
Great job! Great service and communication. Leaves our pool sparkling every time.

Thank you so much to the Jomo team for sending Cierra out so quickly after a heavy rainstorm flooded my yard and pool! She cleaned the filter, added chemicals to help rebalance the water, and brushed the tile. I truly appreciate how responsive and dependable your team is, especially when unexpected weather creates…
Reggie does a great job and is very nice.
Great service
I’ve been using Jomo for my weekly pool service for about a month now. We switched from Clarkson Pools after finding out how unreliable and unprofessional they are. So far my experience with Jomo couldn’t be more different. Our tech Mike communicates so well with us, documents everything he does, and has been taking…
They do a great job and our pool is not easy because it does not have a screen over it. So it takes some effort to get it clean and keep it clean. We really appreciate your hard work.
Highly recommend, Katie and Cierra are awesome. Pool is sparkling! We have been in every day since they started and a ton of people and it stays sparkling. Any issues and they respond!
Jomo is a client-focused company. Jonathan is the best service person in the 20+ years we have had a pool. Highly recommend Jomo.
Our pool tech Tony has been great. He shows up on time and always lets me know in advance when he'll be here so I can secure my dogs.
Always prompt and considerate of our dog and any toys left outside. Highly detailed and very communicative.

Initial visit to introduce us to Jomo. He did a very good job of explaining the available services and cost. He was very articulate, polite and professional. After getting us set up he did our first service. Very good job. We are very pleased.
