I have managed multi-family condo properties for over two decades and never have I had the level of professionalism, hard work, and positive attitude that Chris brings. Tyler cared for the repairs for my Pentair propane pool heater. Did a great job of explaining the repairs and items necessary to bring the heater back into action. All the staff at the office were very helpful and polite about my many questions. JOMO was awesome!

I chose Jomo pool service because of the amazing reviews. I must be an outlier because my dealings with them have been far from impressive. I called and scheduled a service call, they said any service would be $125. I told them I was ok with that and asked them if they would roll that into the bill if I went with them for the fix. They said they would not, I told them what I wanted for a repair and they had me send pictures so they knew what equipment to replace. The service was scheduled 2 weeks out, for the 19th of October. Day of the service, no call, no show, so I call to see what happened. They inform me the service tech was stuck on another call and they would not get to me until later that day. I received a call an hour later and they said they won't be able to get me in at all, but they will definitely call and get it done the next day. Next day, no call, no show, 12:30 I receive a call and they say they will be there sometime in the afternoon, but will call and give me a 30 minute heads up so I'm not sitting around 2 days in a row waiting. 4:30; I'm letting my dogs out and they are going crazy at the side yard. 2 men standing there, the service technicians are just up on my property without a heads up or a greeting. They retake the pictures I sent in 2 weeks prior, say that someone will give me a quote for a new pump, to which I reply I would like multiple quotes on the impeller and the housing as the motor was replaced 5 years ago and it is running great. They say the will send the quotes with the invoice. Today I received an invoice, no quotes, so I reached out to Jomo. They apologized and said they will waive the invoice service fee and get me the quotes for repair. 25 minutes ago I received the quote for all new equipment and no break down. I will be taking my business somewhere else, somewhere they are willing to follow through on their word and seem to care about the customer.
