On time, professional, and always true to the quoted price. We have used them 3 times and will continue to use them in the future
OUTSTANDING!!! They were phenomenal! Candice was amazing and very comforting for such a large scale move from MI to FL! She was our main point of contact and Travis (mover/loader/driver) was impeccable! He made sure everything was where I needed it when we arrived! There wasn’t a guessing game to time frame of…
I hired Jones Moving to do my move last week and they were outstanding!! The 3 man crew worked fast and were super careful with all my furniture and boxes. And talk about strong! I had a piano and large heavy bookshelf that they moved with ease. They came recommended to me from a friend and I have already…
5/5 stars. I was pretty stressed and anxious about my move, mostly because I had two cats with me, one of which hated new people, hated cars and hated being in crates. So unfortunately I spent this whole last weekend nauseous and anxious worried about my move. Jones Moving completely alleviated ALL of my worries.…
They were on time. Professional. They first introduced themselves which was great. They moved us the hottest day in June and they still had smiles and sense of humor at the end of the day. They put my 80 year old Mom at ease the way they handled family heirlooms. I will recommend to everyone!! Thanks guys!
Very easy to schedule (even last minute - our move date was changed and had to find another service with little notice), friendly service, team was on time and very professional. Was packed up and moved at record speed with no issues. Would highly recommend Jones Moving!
I used Jones Moving and Storage Company I am out of state and they helped me coordinate a family members move locally even including taking apart furniture and putting it back together again I highly recommend them!
Steve Jones and his team did an excellent job of moving us cross country
I recently had a great experience with them, from the first call to schedule our move to the last piece of furniture moved off the truck. The crew arrived right on time, acted very professionally, and treated our belongings very carefully. I would highly recommend Jones!
I have used Jones Moving & Storage twice in the past couple of years. The first time was in 2016 when they moved me from my existing home in Scottsdale to another home. They packed all of my belongings, crated all my art pieces, moved large art, furniture and sculptures, and assembled the furniture upon arrival.…
They stuck to the original plan, came in within the price quoted and helped to put together some furniture that that had been in storage. Excellent company and people, would definitely use again!
Very professional. Disassembled and reassembled several pieces of furniture without a problem. They worked hard and never slowed down. I felt like I got more then my moneys worth of service.
Outstanding movers. Professional, on time very reasonably priced.
The team showed up on time and were very professional . They got the job done quickly . I would highly recommend them and will use them again myself .
Jones Moving was fantastic from start to finish. They were timely, friendly, and provided excellent service. I recommend them highly!
This is the second time we have used Jones moving &.storage, I guess you know how we feel about them. They are always very polite & I don’t know why but we always move when it’s hot out, but they still handle with ease. So I guess you know we feel they are the BEST!
Jones Moving & Storage moved my office to a new location on May 29, 2020. It was the hottest day of the year that day. Travis and John arrived at the scheduled time, and proceeded to disassemble the office furniture, and load their truck. They reassembled the furniture upon arrival at the new location. I was…
Great company with super-friendly, professional employees. Did a great job moving my elderly Mom's stuff from 2 garages, into the house, and unpacking. I'd hire them again any time.
