5 stars or more for the family owned Jones Moving and Storage company! I talked with a few different moving and storage companies and am so pleased with my decision to go with Jones Moving and storage! Candace was great arranging our move and storage with them.. so happy to always get a human voice on the phone…
These folks are fantastic! Used them for the first time in September 2026 after using another service for many years and we couldn’t be happier. Great communication and great experience.
On time, professional, and always true to the quoted price. We have used them 3 times and will continue to use them in the future
I have used their team locally in Phoenix and now cross country and they have been awesome each and every time. They are responsive, show up when they say they are going to and took great care of my stuff. Thank you to everyone of the team!
After receiving a flyer from this company, I checked them out on the BBB. They had an A1 accredited score. First contact with Candace was very professional. They were able to schedule us for our move. There has been communication letting us know that they were on schedule. Alex and his three man crew were very…
Alex and Roosevelt were amazing! We have used Jones moving for the last 10 years exclusively and never disappointed in their professionalism friendliness efficiency and value. Highly highly recommend this company. Thanks again for all you did!

The guy showed up on time for clean cut and worked their butts off. Highly recommended
Superior customer service from Candice and her team. They helped us with our move out, storage needs and move (back) in after a lengthy remodel. Moving team was so kind, professional and helpful. Highly recommend.
The movers were so polite and helpful. They had a great attitude. Best movers we’ve ever had!!!
Absolutely worth the money. 10 stars plus
Absolutely awesome! I will be using them again
Used them again to help me with my second local move in Scottsdale. They were amazing both times, super fast and kind people. I always feel safe with them moving my furniture and they help take the stress away from moving. I will be using them again in the future.
They did an amazing job! On time, professional, friendly everything went great!

Quick service, took great care of belongings. Would recommend and will use again!
An absolutely fantastic experience
I hired Jones Moving to do my move last week and they were outstanding!! The 3 man crew worked fast and were super careful with all my furniture and boxes. And talk about strong! I had a piano and large heavy bookshelf that they moved with ease. They came recommended to me from a friend and I have already…
Two man team was on time, efficient and made sure we were happy
These movers were worth their weight in gold. We moved about a half hour down the road but had a good amount of heavy wooden furniture and a couple of appliances to move, and we have a toddler so we knew we had to move quickly. Jones Moving and Storage moved us out of our 1700 sq ft house and into our new place in…
5/5 stars. I was pretty stressed and anxious about my move, mostly because I had two cats with me, one of which hated new people, hated cars and hated being in crates. So unfortunately I spent this whole last weekend nauseous and anxious worried about my move. Jones Moving completely alleviated ALL of my worries.…
Very easy to schedule (even last minute - our move date was changed and had to find another service with little notice), friendly service, team was on time and very professional. Was packed up and moved at record speed with no issues. Would highly recommend Jones Moving!
I used Jones Moving and Storage Company I am out of state and they helped me coordinate a family members move locally even including taking apart furniture and putting it back together again I highly recommend them!
Friendly, professional, reliable and careful with your items.

Jones moving does a amazing job!!! Highly recommend.
They were fast and thorough. They took care and were polite.
I recently had a great experience with them, from the first call to schedule our move to the last piece of furniture moved off the truck. The crew arrived right on time, acted very professionally, and treated our belongings very carefully. I would highly recommend Jones!
I have used Jones Moving & Storage twice in the past couple of years. The first time was in 2016 when they moved me from my existing home in Scottsdale to another home. They packed all of my belongings, crated all my art pieces, moved large art, furniture and sculptures, and assembled the furniture upon arrival.…
I called several moving companies before speaking to Candice at Jones Moving. I was convinced half way through our conversation that they would be the first moving company I ever hired. I’m old school and thought moving is something you just have to suffer through. Not anymore because if I have to move again I will…

Were great with working me in for a last minute move on a Holiday weekend. Friendly movers, hardworking, and the price was as quoted. Would hire again.
Jones Moving was fantastic from start to finish. They were timely, friendly, and provided excellent service. I recommend them highly!
Jones Moving & Storage moved my office to a new location on May 29, 2020. It was the hottest day of the year that day. Travis and John arrived at the scheduled time, and proceeded to disassemble the office furniture, and load their truck. They reassembled the furniture upon arrival at the new location. I was…
This review is about 2 1/2-3 years late, but the guys from Jones Moving were fast and professional. Nothing was broken during the move, and we were able to stay under our time. Will use again next time I move.
They were great! Brandon, John, and Alex were wonderful. They were on time and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
