SO FAR SO GOOD ! My wife found this business on Google Maps after we decided too many bugs and spiders were attacking us in the middle of the night. We also had a cockroach problem in our garage..the big American flying buggers. We paid them $300 to spray in and around our townhome. They offered my wife a deal that…

We’ve been using Joshua’s for our pest control needs for nearly a decade. We are more than happy with their service 😊 The first year in the house was difficult because is was infested with field mice and spiders, and the kitchen counter had a thriving ant hill in it 😱 Not only we’re they able to get rid of them…
Dominic was very polite and thorough.
James B. and Dakota E. were great. They swept the spider webs and sprayed both inside and out. They were very knowledgeable about what the next few weeks should look like and did the job quickly. Joshua’s has been nothing but great from the start… thank you!!
William ‘Billy’ Swanson was super friendly, but most importantly very knowledgeable and thorough. Went above and beyond and gave me tons of tips that I could do to help avoid promoting and inviting the little critters back.

I w wasn’t home at the time that Daniel came by but my sister-in-law was and she said that yeah he did a great job. He went all the way around the house so that was pretty good. Thank you.

James B is employed at Joshua’s and he provided me with competent service at my home. I have asked to have him back again.

Excellent work by Sebastian! Thanks Joshua Pest Control team.
I had field agent, James B, stop by. James provided excellent service. He thoroughly explained what the service covers, asked for my concerns, asked about my pets and moved on to complete the work as he said he would. I am so glad to have these techs servicing my property- I wouldn't trust anyone else!

Today Nichals gave me a quote on my property and I was beyond satisfied. He allowed me to walk the property with him and ask as many questions as I needed to satisfy my concerns. He alleviated these concerns I had.. Thanks to Nicholas and his utmost professionalism and care of my property!
Joshua’s is by far the best and most responsive. Company out there. They are professional and courteous. If you need routine treatments Joshua’s is the only company I’d trust.

He was very knowledgeable and did a great job
Alex was very helpful and did everything we asked him to be done in the house.he is a very good worker
We were very happy with our first property inspection and spraying performed by Isaiha. He was professional, very kind, respectful to the property (down to organic pest pellets sprinkled across our yard, but not near our raised vegetable beds), and left us a few gel ant traps to place in one indoor problem area that…
Good experience.

First run. So far so good. Professional attendant. Thanks
I have J9shua Pest control coming to keep the bugs to a minimum around the house that we are renting. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I'm in a new area and I don't know what kind of problems that this place can have.
Very friendly and excellent service
Jason, was very professional, knowledgeable about questions we had and not to mention very friendly 😉

Sonya is my first top notch female tech. She was very attention to detail (ATD) oriented. Thanks for a job well done!
Daniel Hartley did a great job providing the latest round of service for the house. He is knowledgeable and answered our questions.
I called Joshua’s earlier this week due to having gophers and other pests that needed to be taken care of. They set up an appointment for me that was available only a few days later. They discussed different options based on size of my house and yard and the severity of the problem. It genuinely felt like their…
Our office building is right off the canyon so we are getting these giant cockroaches like the size of a small kitten. Jacob Scott & his sidekick Alex D. were fabulous today, making sure they took care of every possible area that these creepy things could be (high & low)!! Also, super nice young gentlemen very…
Excellent!!!!
First time customer and so far, I'm impressed with the overall service. Sebastian did an excellent job both inside and outside the property. He was very respectful, knowledgeable and professional.
I’ve had a great start with Joshua’s pest control. They respectfully introduced themselves and catered to my daycare requirements and made my daycare kids were ok with the process. Jim, Art and Josh communicated nicely and asked plenty of questions so that everything and everyone was good for service. My two dogs…
Great service, super nice technicians. Did a great job. Would recommend if needed.
I have zero regrets hiring Joshua's Pest Control. We just moved to California from Texas and the house we moved into had a ton of clutter and was neglected. From the initial phone contact to the service technicians, the customer service has been EXCELLENT. Thank You.
Jim was on time and beer professional.. we were not ready but v helped us out but running to the next job and coming by after to give us time to get ready. Thank you so much.
All the employees I spoke to and met have all been very polite and professional. Never had a question because they explained every step of the process thoroughly. They’re great with communication - from confirming our info and service before our appointment time, to updates on their arrival. Great service all around (:
Jim & Joe did a fantastic job servicing our home. They even took away the dead rat they found. Always very professional and nice. They are very accommodating. We have been using them for many, many years, so many I can’t remember. At least 10 years.
Excellent products service.
Very professional! Been with them since 2004. Had no problem with their service. My house is insect, bug and rodent free!!
Darren was great and persistent about locating rodent bait traps and refilling them in the dark, as well as cockroach bait placement. We have a property with lots of farm animals and attractive feed for pests. As well as crevices and places where pests thrive. It's a project, and Joshua's seems to be willing to take…
Kevin and James, Did a great job servicing my home. Kevin did the most thorough job removing the webs, we really appreciate that! James handled the pest control and explained everything he was doing. Joshua's should feel lucky to have a couple of great techs on their team.
James and Kevin came out to service our home and were amazing! Not only were they on time but they were very friendly and made us feel comfortable. It's always embarrassing to have pest in ones home, so it feels good when someone friendly reassures us that it's all going to be okay!
The first, initial treatment was completed in under 8 minutes as seen on our home surveillance cameras. All 8 minutes were spent in kitchen and outside using a spray only. No baits or IGR’s were used and no sealing of entry points were done. No Treatment was not done to garage or upstairs portion of house. Very disappointed
We just moved to an acre of property in Poway. I called this company to come get all of the bugs and critters under control, after the house was vacant for a few months. They were awesome! James and Darryl were polite, thorough, & seem to truly take pride in what they do. Very grateful for their service and professionalism!
The team is very responsive and very professional. They provide a lot of education and they take the time to show us what the issues are and make recommendations based on their previous experience. We’ve worked with other organizations in the past in the San Diego area and have not been satisfied at all so this is a…
Nice professional staff helpful in every way, which is hard to find in today. Thank you Joshua’s employees
I had my service on this Fiday, and James came with another technician together. They were very knowledgeable and patient, did my place as I required. I like their work attitude. Hopefully they could be sent to my place every time for the quarterly service!
From appointment setup to the extermination process, Joshua’s was very friendly, efficient and professional. The rates seem reasonable for the service we received and we’re confident that it will work to keep the insects away. It’s nice to have a warranty as well.
We had a minor invasion of Roaches on our home (Eck..) They were as big as your thumb and had antennae long than their body. We called, and they said the usual: pull the stuff out of your cupboards, yadda-yada, spray, contracts, yada-yada. We did everything we were told and had our inspection. We were entirely…
Just nice to not see critters in the house
Within a month of moving to San Diego I saw a pretty large cockroach in my new rental. Not wanting to take any chances, my landlord had Joshua's Pest Control stop by to assess. They scheduled a home visit within 2 days of calling and were very thorough in their questions and assessment. Thomas and Carlos did my…
After not getting the best service from another pest control, we went with Joshua’s and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Zack and Jim were thorough in their work, and fully explained everything that they did to us after the job was complete. I would definitely recommend Joshua’s to my family and friends.
Jorge Feliz came to our house and was very conscientious about addressing all our pest issues. He is friendly and does a thorough job.

Awesome representatives that form to my home. They usually send the same person and they know exactly what I want when they arrive.
Nice people to work on your house
Courteous and always willing to come when needed
Our landlord chose Joshua's Pest Control for eradication of the American cockroaches which hang out in our wooded area. We met Jim today when he came to our home. He was friendly, professional and courteous. Took the time to educate us about his company, the pests we were dealing with, the methods for controlling…
My technician was very knowledgeable and informative and was very professional
Returning customer and I enjoyed Joshuas Pest service the first time around
Joshua’s Pest control has been outstanding with service and information without constantly trying to up sell you products or services. But they have provided information on how to deal with an issue with out them being the only answer! All the technicians we have met so far have been polite friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this company!
Joshua’s Pest Control was professional, affordable and welcoming to me. I gladly signed up for a year of service because I knew they would not only solve our pest problems but they were reliable as well! Communication is great and costumer service is even better! I had Sergio come in and spray our cabinets and our…
I have never felt compelled to write a review for any services until now. I did my research and called around to a number of exterminators. However, my experience with Joshua's Pest Control has been exceptional from start to finish - from my initial phone call, to scheduling (I had to reschedule the original…
