I didn’t see all that she did but it seems she was very thorough. I had no idea that I had rodents. My gardener said there was no evidence of any rodents when he was here last month.
Lorenzo performed a very thorough service at my home!
I had my quarterly pest control inspection and spraying; Seji was extremely helpful and personable. He sprayed inside and outside, removed the spider webs from the house both from the eaves as well as the base of the house. Excellent service!

Victor came out for our appointment and was very thorough and thoughtful. He gets every little nook and cranny!!
Overall good. Would appreciate the tech did not spray the ceilings of gazebo and patio cover. Spray falls down on our table where we eat and chairs. Pretty confident that can’t be too healthy. Seems to be an industry issue. Update: The service has become very inconsistent depending on which technician is assigned.…
Always a good experience with James.
I'm updating my review just to add that I am still a thoroughly happy customer with Joshua's. I am beyond grateful that they work with my schedule since I have a large pup that needs to be secured before treatment. I've not had issues with pests in/around my home. The one time I had issues with ants between…

Jesus was a pleasure to work with. He addressed a concern about ants on our patio, and performed all the regular maintenance. Joshua's is lucky to have him.
Lorenzo was great! He came to my home and took the time to meet my family and interact with my dogs so they could become comfortable with him being on the property. I really appreciated that extra effort it showed that he genuinely cares about making both the customer and their pets feel at ease. Lorenzo…

It is impossible to provide a complete evaluation immediately after a treatment. He seemed knowledgeable and pleasant. I'll know that he did a great job if my house is nolonger decorated like Halloween with spiders and spiderwebs. Regarding your question about cost -- compared to other such services, your contact…

First time they came out. They were awesome. All the webs leftover from the previous pest control company are gone. The outside of the house looks amazing. The technician noticed the areas where he could see the ants and the spiders and treated them without me having to point it out.
The Tech was very friendly and did a great job !
