Ceiji did an outstanding job 👍
Blake's explanation is clear and understandable. But the possible date for tenting is is too tight. Wishing to have a few more dates to chose.
Blake was great! He did a thorough inspection and let me know of a couple issues he did find. I'll set up an appointment with Josh's and have them come out and spot treat those areas, easy peasy. Thanks!
Chris is very knowledgeable and was very thorough.
Ryan was very thorough and pleasant

Craig was awesome. Very courteous and helpful. Listened to our concerns about certain areas to address. Went on and did his service around the house, inside and out. Easy to deal with and a very nice person. Thank you Craig.
Isiah did a great job, took time to walk the property and see the problem areas with me. Explained the treatment plan and what to look out for.

On time, thorough inspection resulted in no termites found.
Every time an employee of Joshua's comes to do maintenance, I have to call back. They seem to forget the spider webs in the front of the house.

I was not home when Jesus came by to service. Just wondering if he took care of the second story eves? I see lots of spider webs.
Jeffrey showed up around 8:30am. I briefly spoke to him through our camera. I didn't want to be rude, so I spoke directly with him on the side of the house. He was friendly. He was ready to get started. I went inside. He completed his work and left.
The customer service Joshua’s provides is excellent! They are always polite and if I call for an extra visit they always accommodate. Their technicians are knowledgeable and go the extra mile!
I always appreciate the customer service at Joshua's pest control. Today's technician, Ryan, was thorough.
Professional, courteous, explained everything
Fast and efficient! Nice guy!
We need more time to see if ant infestation in the house is resolved but he worked hard to deal with it and it’s better today. However, he left our gate open and our dog got out. Please always close every gate you open.
Great professional and friendly service. Above and beyond
Every person that I have interacted with is top notch. I highly recommend Joshua’s Pest Control. So far I have worked with 4 employees and they are all amazing.
Initial Service was great. Great communication and prompt.
I was home when the technician arrived, I gave him the key to my gate. He seemed very thorough in the actions he took to spray for ants, treat the lawn, fill the rat bait traps and get after the spiders. He also locked the gate when he l eft which I appreciate! Alvin did a really good job on my yard and perimeter of my house! Thank you!! Debbi Latham
