We had a recurring mouse issue in our home that other services couldn’t fully resolve. Billy came out promptly, did a thorough inspection, and identified all the entry points we didn’t even know about. He explained his plan clearly, set up effective traps and exclusion work, and followed up to make sure the problem…

Daniel Hartley has been my service technician since I started with Neighbors Pest Solutions over a year ago. He is a Super nice and informative person. He takes great pride in his work and I enjoy talking with him every time he’s here.

Joshua’s is by far the best and most responsive. Company out there. They are professional and courteous. If you need routine treatments Joshua’s is the only company I’d trust.
Gave us a lot of information but didn’t push to sell unnecessary treatments
Jeremiah completed the initial service at our house. He was knowledgable, helpful and thorough. Loved talking to him and understanding the great service.
Knowledgeable and friendly. Efficient. Explained what was going on and the most effective way to get the job done
I was impressed with Saul, Joshua's Tech, who performed the initial inspection & pest control treatment around our house & yard. He walked the perimeter of the house with me, patiently listened to my concerns, answered my questions and explained the treatment, products, application and effects. I appreciate good…

Joshua does great job inspecting for pest then treating my home
A big thanks to Tymacha, Jim and Art. Last summer we were invaded by ants while gone on vacation. My husband has always tried to battle the little beasts on his own, with temporary success. It seemed like he was chasing them around our property. We had 2 recommendations from friends and decided to pay for the…
james andmatt always give us way more than we expected
Jim & Joe did a fantastic job servicing our home. They even took away the dead rat they found. Always very professional and nice. They are very accommodating. We have been using them for many, many years, so many I can’t remember. At least 10 years.
The first, initial treatment was completed in under 8 minutes as seen on our home surveillance cameras. All 8 minutes were spent in kitchen and outside using a spray only. No baits or IGR’s were used and no sealing of entry points were done. No Treatment was not done to garage or upstairs portion of house. Very disappointed
Where is the 6 ⭐️ service when you need it! These guys were incredible Highly recommend both Darryl and Jim they we’re very relaxed in there approach and handling. I had a Wasp nest bothering my windows for a month now and I was able to get service within 24hours of calling and these two Gentleman show up Jim &…
Awesome service. Thank you!
Thomas was unbelievably courteous and efficient, even finding and dealing with a wasp nest that was not a scheduled part of his service. Great guy, great service!
We have a ton of ant colonies in the yard. Thomas, our service provider, was great at tracing them and zapping them. He is very engaged and eager. Good to see on today’s labor market.,
Always request Thomas for pest service. He is extremely punctual, reliable, courteous, professional and friendly. Upon arrival he inquires about any specific pest concerns that may have occurred since his last visit. After application, he always updates me with his findings and provides recommendations. Appreciate…

Nice people to work on your house
Kevin and his Trainee came to the house and were extremely professional. He carefully and methodically sprayed all the areas with concentration on the areas of concern. They are an excellent example of complete care and professionalism. They should be rewarded!
The technician, Sergio, was great. He was friendly and efficient.
They did a great job getting rid of all the spiders etc from garage and yard.
very professional service by the Joshua's tech. had requested extra checks for ants the day prior to the scheduled service and that request was answered; lots of extra effort put into tracking down ant trails around the family room and kitchen. very satisfied with Joshua's and this particular technician.
We have used Joshua's Pest Control for a few years. They have always been extremely professional and so helpful. They offer different services based on the time of year and the bugs/ants and rodents. We have had them out several times when we had an infestation of ants and they have always solved our problems. We highly recommend Joshua's.
I am so impressed with Joshua's. The customer service agent and the inspector were extremely professional and friendly. Within 24 hours of the treatment we saw results. We signed up for the quarterly service in addition to the initial inspection/treatment. I am so grateful my neighbors recommended them.
Matthew Casey was great very knowledgeable and professional.thank you
Great communication, very responsive and considerate (e.g. regarding pets, fruit trees etc.) Transparent service agreement with excellent cost/benefit ratio (much less expensive than previous service provider).
I have been using Joshua's Pest Control for years and I never plan on changing companies. They provide a great service at a reasonable fee and are extremely friendly. They are always so pleasant to speak with when I call about something. Highly recommended!
Coedy came this morning and he was thorough and patient . Great guy and great company!
