Chris is very knowledgeable and was very thorough.
Chris arrived on time and was extremely helpful. He explained the problem, remedied it and all is well. He was most friendly and polite. It was a pleasure working with him and we will definitely use his services again.
Blake was fabulous while inspecting my house for termites and explaining the process. The termite guys were speedy and efficient. After the tent came down they even hung up my American flag I had taken down for the tenting. I’ve been a Joshua’s Pest customer for many years and all of their technicians have been…
Mateo did a great job treating the termites in our home. Would recommend Joshua’s Pest Control to all of my neighbors!

Quarterly service and inspection. Great job of keeping insects, spider webs, and rodents away.
Mateo and Chris were great!
Salvador is very knowledgeable, he explained everything in detail as far as what he was going to spray and how it will work in removing ants .
Between Blake’s termite inspection and Kyron’s patient maneuvering through crawl spaces, I’m pleased with Joshua’s Pest Contol’s service for treatment of subterranean termites. Both Kyron and Blake answered my questions and educated me on the treatment and what to expect. Kyron was very respectful of our space, and…

Great service as always!
Joshua’s is by far the best and most responsive. Company out there. They are professional and courteous. If you need routine treatments Joshua’s is the only company I’d trust.
Gave us a lot of information but didn’t push to sell unnecessary treatments
Very professional, explained things in appropriate detail. Answered questions and was very efficient.
Very unprofessional! Made a comment about My gym 🏋️♀️ clothes i had on when he was finished! Some men think its a compliment but its outright rude! I'm in my home and his job was just to do an inspection! But the comment on the way out wasn't necessary! The owner of the house was able to be here for the…
Joshua's pest control is an awesome company , they have been servicing my home over a The past 12 years . I've had some great technicians , i’ve just returned to Joshua‘s after being gone for a few years, Christable was my technician and was very informational and he answered all the questions that I had. Excellent initial service
They are regular, professional, and courteous. They respond to specific questions and needs.
I had a fantastic experience with my termite and pest control technician today. He was incredibly thorough—he did a thorough job treating my attic and soffits for termites and carefully placed bait stations all around the outside of the house. He worked hard, took his time, and made sure every detail was covered.…
My family have been long term customers of Joshua's pest control, and this recent service was consistent with a long run of great experiences. Rafael and Mateo performed local termite treatments throughout our home and did a great job and made it easy. Thank you!
Kyron did a thorough inspection after we noticed some termite dropping. He identified the locations and treated them. Kyron was very professional, friendly, and helpful.
First run. So far so good. Professional attendant. Thanks
Friendly and efficient.
Joshua got rid of my termite problems and is keeping the fruit rats out of my yard. They also come routinely to get rid of any other pests that may invade my yard. Great and professional people!
The employees of Joshua's are prompt and competent.
I highly recommend Joshua’s Pest Control. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and always offer great customer service. We have used other pest control companies in the past but Joshua’s is head and shoulders above the rest.
Sonya is my first top notch female tech. She was very attention to detail (ATD) oriented. Thanks for a job well done!
Really seemed like he knew what he was talking about and after getting estimates from a few different companies we're going to use Joshua's pest control for our termite fumigation. I felt like I got the most knowledge about the situation and what to expect and prep for for the service
JP always lets me know when they will be servicing the house, when they arrive and when they leave. They also let me know. What has been done and if anything else is desired.
Very professional, good work, on time, I would highly recommend Joshua.
Results of service have been positive.
We had the best guys to deal with during our experience with this company! Mark did a very good inspection of our house. We ended up going with them because he was very upfront and honest with us. Today we had a termite service done by James, and he was awesome! His service was exemplary, his attention to detail was incredible and his tenacity to complete the extermination was admirable. James is a fantastic employee - one who takes pride in his work and keeps customer satisfaction in the forefront. Joshua’s…
The admin and quoting team were very easy to work with. They communicated well. The team that tented my house did not lock the gate as I requested. But all in all great experience and very competitive pricing. Thanks to your company for being awesome professionals.
I worked with Brandon, Cruz & Monica. They were responsive. My condo members had many questions which were answered patiently. Brandon Answered questions in an email. Thank you. Francie Pratte
Brandon from Joshua’s Pest Control showed up exactly at the appointed hour. He introduced himself and was very polite and courteous. He explained what he was going to do to inspect for termites, outside our home and in the attic. He took the time to perform a thorough inspection and gave us a report (fortunately, a…

Inspector Billings did an excellent job with the annual termite inspection. He checked inside and out, including the entire attic. When he found some termite activity he drilled and treated it. Inspector Billings is knowledgeable, personable and thorough. Thank you for taking care of us Inspector Billings!
Returning customer and I enjoyed Joshuas Pest service the first time around
Professional, on time and friendly.
Excellent
I liked how the inspector "educated" me and was patient with my concerns.
Thanks again for sending Brian, he’s most thoughtful and thorough.
We've used Joshua's for a few years now and are happy with their annual termite protection plan. We have needed them to come out a few times between annual inspections, and, as stated in our contract, those visits and treatments are completely free of charge. Everyone has been super professional and during the pandemic has been wearing masks.
I am so impressed with Joshua's. The customer service agent and the inspector were extremely professional and friendly. Within 24 hours of the treatment we saw results. We signed up for the quarterly service in addition to the initial inspection/treatment. I am so grateful my neighbors recommended them.
These guys are terrific!
Technician was professional, explained the process and contract. Explained details of treatment. We chose to try local treatment. I actually saw the termites come out of the wood in the foam he injected...crazy. I feel confident in the services. He also wore a mask while both inside and outside the house. Seems…
We have been a customer of Joshua’s Pest Control for 20 years +.. always excellent service with technicians that are very friendly and do a nice job.
They notify me when in route and do a thorough job on spiders and ants and termite treatment. I have not had an ant problem in the house since getting on the quarterly service.
We used Joshua’s pest at our old house for years and was happy with them. When we moved to a new house, my husband suggested we try a new pest control company. They were bad and their spray doesn’t seem effective. So we went back to Joshua’s pest. They are helpful and professional.
They are very professional and when we needed service they were here within 1 day
Mark was our technician. Very professional, thorough and took the time to explain the treatment, the problem areas, and what chemicals he uses and how it takes care of the problem. I am so glad I chose Joshua’s pest control company. I did not have to tent, box up groceries and move out for a couple of days and the…

This has been a great company from day one! We had a bad rodent problem and they took care of that. They come regularly and are always personable, professional, and knowledgeable.
They have been performing pest control for us for about a year and a half, ants ,rats ,spiders and also provide termite service for us. We have been very pleased with their service, we have used several companies in the past this is the best one so far. My wife and I are in the real estate business , we’ve used many pest control companies in the past.
Great communication, very responsive and considerate (e.g. regarding pets, fruit trees etc.) Transparent service agreement with excellent cost/benefit ratio (much less expensive than previous service provider).
I have been using Joshua's Pest Control for years and I never plan on changing companies. They provide a great service at a reasonable fee and are extremely friendly. They are always so pleasant to speak with when I call about something. Highly recommended!
Chris came and was very informative about the termite situation in my house. Very nice guy.
