Between Blake’s termite inspection and Kyron’s patient maneuvering through crawl spaces, I’m pleased with Joshua’s Pest Contol’s service for treatment of subterranean termites. 10 stars if I could! Blake from Joshua’s Pest Control was incredible. From the very beginning, he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I fully understood the treatment process. Blake was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful! Excellent service and very reasonable prices
Kyron was on time per the scheduled window and status update. He located the problem areas quickly and the procedure to resolve it. He needed assistance from another technician and was able to coordinate getting help and still completing the job in one visit.
Landon did a great job with inspecting for termites. He took pictures of where the damage to my house and addict was located. He also pointed out where the termite damage around the house was.
Landon appears to have done a very thorough and complete termite inspection both outside and inside our home. He documented his findings with photos of the areas in the attic where he did find evidence of termites. He explained our options with regard to next steps. Rafael was excellent, pointed out areas where subterranean termites had been at work, further explored underneath house via crawl space, alerted us to other concerning issues. Definitely 5-Star+!
Landon was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly.
Jack was very thorough in his inspection and explanation of services. He even made a second trip into the attic which required him to haul his ladder up the stairs again so he could bring down a sample of the actual termites so I can watch for them in the future. Above and beyond! No cost for the inspection.
Blake was professional, courteous, and respectful. He explained his findings in detail and then set up the treatment plan. I am very satisfied with the service Blake provided. Because we are customers of Joshua Pest Control the termite inspection was completely free.

Very professional and through
Nicholas was very thorough and very efficient. He is definitely an asset to Joshua’s Pest Control.
Two appointments in a row and they just haven't shown up despite confirming via text, email, voice call. I confirmed a window between 9 and 11 AM today. It's now 11:30 and the only contact I have had with them is my call to them to cancel all future service with these jokers.
They are regular, professional, and courteous. They respond to specific questions and needs.
My family have been long term customers of Joshua's pest control, and this recent service was consistent with a long run of great experiences. Rafael and Mateo performed local termite treatments throughout our home and did a great job and made it easy. Thank you!

Chris (and Mark) came out and did a full inspection of our property and home. Chris was professional and detailed with the report including giving me timelines for any repairs. I’m thrilled that we have a pest control company we can trust!
Really seemed like he knew what he was talking about and after getting estimates from a few different companies we're going to use Joshua's pest control for our termite fumigation. I felt like I got the most knowledge about the situation and what to expect and prep for for the service
Their free termite inspection was done with good quality. They checked around the house for weak spots in our wood trim. The serviceman was able to spot 3 locations where our trim was vulnerable. At the end, he did a write up for additional services they provide. These were optional (and I very much viewed them as such).
JP always lets me know when they will be servicing the house, when they arrive and when they leave. They also let me know. What has been done and if anything else is desired.
Very professional, good work, on time, I would highly recommend Joshua.
Chris from Josh's pest control was friendly, professional, very thorough in his inspection, and patiently answered our many questions. He gave clear options for us and outlined the benefits and tradeoffs of each. Would recommend.
