Really seemed like he knew what he was talking about and after getting estimates from a few different companies we're going to use Joshua's pest control for our termite fumigation. I felt like I got the most knowledge about the situation and what to expect and prep for for the service
Their free termite inspection was done with good quality. They checked around the house for weak spots in our wood trim. The serviceman was able to spot 3 locations where our trim was vulnerable. At the end, he did a write up for additional services they provide. These were optional (and I very much viewed them as such).
JP always lets me know when they will be servicing the house, when they arrive and when they leave. They also let me know. What has been done and if anything else is desired.

They have been performing pest control for us for about a year and a half, ants ,rats ,spiders and also provide termite service for us. We have been very pleased with their service, we have used several companies in the past this is the best one so far.
