It has been a year for Ants. But Joshuas has gone to battle with them for us. Our field expert today was Mario & he was so thorough and professional. I had service done in kitchen & bathrooms as well as the outside this time. I am satisfied knowing Joshua’s will return at no extra charge if the ants won’t retreat. Thank you

Overall good. Would appreciate the tech did not spray the ceilings of gazebo and patio cover. Spray falls down on our table where we eat and chairs. Pretty confident that can’t be too healthy. Seems to be an industry issue. Update: The service has become very inconsistent depending on which technician is assigned.…
I'm updating my review just to add that I am still a thoroughly happy customer with Joshua's. The one time I had issues with ants between…
Great service as we moved from one house to another home nearby. They were able to transfer our account quickly and send a technician out the next day when we moved in to a very active ant situation!!
Jesus was a pleasure to work with. He addressed a concern about ants on our patio, and performed all the regular maintenance. Joshua's is lucky to have him.

We need more time to see if ant infestation in the house is resolved but he worked hard to deal with it and it’s better today. However, he left our gate open and our dog got out. Please always close every gate you open.

Highly recommend requesting Alex S. of Joshuas for your pest control needs, especially ants. Alex S came out to deal with an urgent ant infestation because they were getting into medical devices! First time they came out. They were awesome. All the webs leftover from the previous pest control company are gone. The outside of the house looks amazing. The technician noticed the areas where he could see the ants and the spiders and treated them without me having to point it out.
Caanan came over to do our initial visit. He was clear and kind, well articulated what he was doing. I found him to be informative and reassuring. He was conscious of his boots in the house, and thoughtful about our dog. It’ll be a few weeks until we can expect to see any real improvements with our heightened ant battle! But I’m feeling hopeful.
Very professional and patient. Treated outside and inside very well.
