We've used Joshua's for a few years now and are happy with their annual termite protection plan. We have needed them to come out a few times between annual inspections, and, as stated in our contract, those visits and treatments are completely free of charge. Everyone has been super professional and during the pandemic has been wearing masks.

This has been a great company from day one! We had a bad rodent problem and they took care of that. They come regularly and are always personable, professional, and knowledgeable.
They have been performing pest control for us for about a year and a half, ants ,rats ,spiders and also provide termite service for us.
