We've used Joshua's for a few years now and are happy with their annual termite protection plan. We have needed them to come out a few times between annual inspections, and, as stated in our contract, those visits and treatments are completely free of charge. Everyone has been super professional and during the pandemic has been wearing masks.

I have quarterly service for ants and spiders already and haven’t had any ants for years now at two different addresses. Moved recently and unfortunately will have termites to deal with too, Joshua’s inspector was by far most detail oriented and knowledgeable person we’ve dealt with. It’s not even close.
