Blake's explanation is clear and understandable. But the possible date for tenting is is too tight. Wishing to have a few more dates to chose.

Every time an employee of Joshua's comes to do maintenance, I have to call back. They seem to forget the spider webs in the front of the house.

Jeffrey showed up around 8:30am. I briefly spoke to him through our camera. I didn't want to be rude, so I spoke directly with him on the side of the house. He was friendly. He was ready to get started. I went inside. He completed his work and left.

We need more time to see if ant infestation in the house is resolved but he worked hard to deal with it and it’s better today. However, he left our gate open and our dog got out. Please always close every gate you open.

I was home when the technician arrived, I gave him the key to my gate. He seemed very thorough in the actions he took to spray for ants, treat the lawn, fill the rat bait traps and get after the spiders. He also locked the gate when he l eft which I appreciate!
