If you don't like rats, please read this entire review! Joshua’s Pest Control seemed great at the start – super responsive when signing up and eager to get us on board. Unfortunately, the service fell off a cliff after that. We never had a major pest issue before, but as responsible homeowners we decided to hire a…

Sudden & severe mice problem. James did a great job spraying, installing traps and answering all my questions. He was very polite and informative. Hope the problem will go away soon. But so far glad that at least someone, James, was able to come out the day after I called.
They are regular, professional, and courteous. They respond to specific questions and needs.
I’m not usually home when Josh’s pest patrol comes by so I don’t normally interact with service employees. Honestly, it was nice that this visit was after 5pm so I could communicate some issues I was having. My provider was thorough and listened to some issues I was having. He gave me great resolution for outside…
James stopped immediately after seeing the dog in the yard. We were weren't expecting a service because I had canceled services in May. The text wasn't sent until 8 AM the same day that we were due to be serviced. Everything was very confusing, James was a trooper.
Great service by Chris

Joshua's Pest Control did a wonderful job for me in my rental. I've dealt with many pest control companies in the past that just spray and go, but that was absolutely not the case here. My technician Jeremiah really went above and beyond to inspect the property for all issues, discuss the details with me, and…

Thorough baseboard treatment inside. I was disappointed that ceiling cobwebs and spiders were not addressed and that nothing could be moved away from the walls for treatment. I was impressed with removal of debris from eaves and outdoor treatment.

I have subscribed to this service because they are great at what they do. I used to have ants and other bugs in the house but after Joshua’s started showing up I haven’t seen any in a long time. Also they get everything from under my eaves where the spiders like to hang. Thank you for always providing a great…

Sebastian who serviced my house is very thorough and professional!
We've been with a national company for 20 years & recently found service lacking. Wanted a local company & found Joshua's for same price & double the coverage! So professional & efficient.

I just got off the phone with management, cancelling our service. My wife and I have been loyal customers with Joshua's for several years. Their technicians are always friendly and helpful. We've used Joshua's since moving into our home in Solana Beach - they are always professional and great to work with. Every technician does a great job.
Extremely professional staff, excellent extermination service. I would definitely recommend Joshua's pest control.
Beehive removal- after sighting many bees hovering around my attic vent holes, my guess of a beehive construction was verified by a Joshua Pest Control inspector two days after my initial call. The technician named Otto arrived and using an infrared scanner, he confirmed a hive in the ceiling of my back bedroom.…
I have zero regrets hiring Joshua's Pest Control. We just moved to California from Texas and the house we moved into had a ton of clutter and was neglected. From the initial phone contact to the service technicians, the customer service has been EXCELLENT. Thank You.

Jim is great! He was thorough in his inspection yesterday and he showed me how to identify a few praying mantis egg cases stuck to the fence. So cool! He was patient, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond in his service. Thank you!
The new client intake process needs a lot of work. Took 3 separate phone calls, 2 missed calls, and an unscheduled call return service just to get to a person to repeat everything I had shared to the previous 2 people ( name, address, phone number) just to get the "you live in an hoa, we won't work with you". Don't…
The team is very responsive and very professional. They provide a lot of education and they take the time to show us what the issues are and make recommendations based on their previous experience. We’ve worked with other organizations in the past in the San Diego area and have not been satisfied at all so this is a…
Joshua’s Pest Control was amazing! Available right away to help deal with my ants and I have not seen any since! We signed up for the quarterly service and I am so happy we did. They were professional, on time and easy!
