Overall good. Would appreciate the tech did not spray the ceilings of gazebo and patio cover. Spray falls down on our table where we eat and chairs. Pretty confident that can’t be too healthy. Seems to be an industry issue. Update: The service has become very inconsistent depending on which technician is assigned.…
Always a good experience with James.

We used Joshua Pest Control for two Airbnb properties in San Diego for about a year and ultimately canceled due to consistently poor service. Technicians regularly spent 15 minutes or less at properties that sit on roughly half an acre, and our pest issues were never resolved. One technician even marked a property…

Victor informed me that he broke a floodH light. He mentioned he would try and clean up the broken glass, and would tell your office so that a replacement bulb was needed. I waived him off on the replacement bulb, and told him I would take care of it. He did not, however, clean up the broken glass.
Jay R. went above and beyond during our routine maintenance today. We get quarterly visits from Joshua’s Pest Control, but Jay was particularly thorough when it came to checking our backyard for any unwanted pests. Alex was very helpful and did everything we asked him to be done in the house.he is a very good worker
Spiderwebs and spiders still as prevalent as before. Trash bins, garden furniture that’s up against the house still covered in spiderwebs, so it’s not a surprise to see spiderweb back on the house a day or two after. Not really working. Spraying the house with peppermint oil, seems to be working better.
Diego was quick and precise with his job. He explained what he was doing and what precautions to take. He was very kind and thoughtful. A pleasure
