Joy is an absolute joy! She is a wonderful and caring person. She genuinely treats you like you are her only client and she loves animals. We have an older small dog that is very timid and is not used to strangers. However she does just fine with Joy would highly recommend to anyone.

Been taking my Yorkie puppy here for almost a year now and Joy is a wonderfully patient and caring groomer! She takes in one dog at a time, so you know your pooch won't be sat there in a kennel all day waiting to get groomed. Our baby girl always gets picked up looking so amazingly clean and trimmed! Highly recommended!!

So my mom used to take our dogs Winnie and Tipsy to another groomer to get their nails cut and it was stressful for them. She then she tried Sandy's and our dogs were so calm and allowed them to trim their nails without being told to give them benadryl. When we left, our dogs were happy and prancing. We will never…

We had a pet spa business that never answered their messages. I had to call 2..3 ..4 times to respond. Called sandys and she got my fur babies in and they did an excellent job! Needless to say...we will stay with sandys

Great care given to our FurKids!! The owner is absolutely phenomenal with all our akle biting, snappy, chompy little guys. Always friendly even to them!!! And They love her, too, 'til the nail trimming begins. Thank you for being a wonderful place to get our grooming!!!
The owner takes the time to assure our eldest is handled gently, our spaz is treated respectfully, and my boy is handled with care. She is a dog - whisperer and I love taking our guys to her. Thank you Joy!!!
Update: still absolutely amazing 😍 Joy is a joy, and the FurKids are still doted over like the king, queen and princess that they are. All three of my fur babies are a little bit drama, but Joy handles it with compassion and love. Thank you as usual from us regulars 😍
**Update 11/2025**
Still absolutely amazing with the FurKids. Takes time to assure my spastic ones that everything's okay and does an amazing job. Thank you, Joy!
