JP Auto Body Shop - Redwood City

Had a great experience with JP Auto Body in Redwood City. Henry and the team did a fantastic job repairing the rear door on my Tesla Model 3. The paint match and blending are completely flawless, the car was ready right on schedule.

A body shop that actually tries to help you. Nobody wants to end up in a body shop by choice and the experience is often made worse by people who work there. However folks at JP Auto Body in Redwood City are gems — especially Henry from office. He was great and responsive to my concerns and did a great job with a smile. Highly recommended!!

I had a bus sideswiped my door and caused heavy damage to driver side door. I got the details from JP autobody from Tesla and Google review and decided to go with them. I brought my lease Mercedes to the shop to get the bumper fixed. I didn’t want to spend a lot on it, and JP Auto Body team came up with a great fix to the bumper in a cost effective manner. Quality work at a reasonable price! I will be going back again if I ever need work done on my car!

We had been rear ended in our Tesla Model Y, and found this shop on Google. Everyone we encountered was friendly and knowledgeable, they know their way around the insurance requirements and how to handle the details. They also cleaned up some unrelated scratches and scrapes and the cat came back looking much better all around.

Ray was very professional and communicative. He clearly explained how he would inspect the issues and gave me a realistic timeline. When ETA got longer, he proactively reached out to keep me updated, which I really appreciated. I’m happy with the way he fixed my car and the overall experience.
