Had a great experience with JP Auto Body in Redwood City. Henry and the team did a fantastic job repairing the rear door on my Tesla Model 3. The paint match and blending are completely flawless, the car was ready right on schedule.

Raymon offered me a touch-up + polish to fix the door for FREE! After the fix, the door looks great and almost like new. Of course, a full repair can be done later, but…

A body shop that actually tries to help you. Nobody wants to end up in a body shop by choice and the experience is often made worse by people who work there. However folks at JP Auto Body in Redwood City are gems — especially Henry from office. He was great and responsive to my concerns and did a great job with a smile. Highly recommended!!
I took my model 3 to get a quote and to get suggestions on how to fix the scratches. The team was super helpful and honest in terms of what makes sense to do and helped fix and do the touches. Highly recommend them if you need any consultation with detailing or fixing things in your car!!

Ray was the person who helped me throughout the repair process, and he did a great job keeping me updated and answering my questions. They repaired my Tesla Model Y after an accident, and I’m very happy with the quality of the work. My car looks great, and I also appreciated Ray letting me know about the condition of my tires and making sure I was aware of the safety concern.
