The plumber came on a Sunday morning to repair a clogged drain in condo unit. He was very professional and had the work done in an hour.
Our toilets backed up and then backed up to the shower and bathtub on Monday morning (10/25/21). I called several plumbers and companies that were referred to me and no one could (or want to) help me. ABC Sewer and Drain came but when the head plumber found that the plumbing vent was on the roof, he left promptly…
From the initial phone call to the technician (Scott) leaving when done, there were pleasant exchanges. I was informed when he was coming and when he arrived, he was friendly and professional. He was open about what he was doing and why. He was respectful, informative and funny. I would definitely use JR’s Plumbing again!
Scott was the best! He was on time. Knows his business. Assessed the project and provided a quote quickly. Executed the job efficiently for a very reasonable price! He even gave me maintenance tips to extend the utility of my equipment. Highly recommend!

We have an ongoing issue with roots growing into our sewer line that causes a blockage that always seems to occur on a Sunday. JR'S Plumbing and Drain is always responsive, available, accommodating and professional whenever I call them. We have been using them for over 4 years and they are our go to Plumbing Professionals.
Excellent Service and quick response. I asked for same day service, the receptionist said she would check with the technician otherwise I would have to wait until the day after. Within hours later, the technician was able to come and unclog the drain. Life saving! The receptionist and the technician were very professional and nice! Thank You!
