We’ve called on JTM several times and the most recent time was the first we’ve ever had a bill. They came out to inspect a few things we were questioning in the past and the plumbers came out, inspected, and didn’t charge a thing when it was something we could easily figure out ourselves with the humidity setting in…

Have had JTM for a few jobs now, and they have provided excellent service and knowledge. Had them put a Softner and new HW Tank in, there prices were fair, they answered all questions and concerns I had and the installation was fast and very professional. Would definitely recommend JTM. Thank - Jason

Daniel was fantastic and informative regarding our water heater! Unfortunately we had to opt in for a replacement today due to the thing being super old, but he was super quick switching it out and we're extremely content with the job JTM did. He also made it safer than our previous old man heater, by adding a TPR valve thank goodness.

Prompt response and excellent service for emergency water heater replacement. Daniel was thorough with options available to me, the installation and answered my questions about warranty and maintenance. I will definitely call JTM again for plumbing needs in the future.
