I absolutely love Grace’s 9 AM yoga class. She’s such a great instructor, welcoming, encouraging, and makes the class enjoyable for every level. The atmosphere is so warm and positive, and everyone there is super friendly. It’s the perfect way to start the morning, and I always leave feeling better both mentally and physically. 🩷
Do NOT go to this studio. The owner, Grace, is unfriendly, downright rude, unapproachable, and does not respect her clients or teachers.
