I have used Junk Doctors twice in the past few months. Both time they were on time, the gentlemen that came to pick up our "stuff" were courteous and careful and the prices they charged was very reasonable. I will gladly call them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone that needs items hauled away. Lea A Howerton
Highly recommend! They were on time, very courteous, and well worth the price to get my junk removed. I’ve used them twice and am planning to use them again in the future.
I can’t say enough great things about Junk Doctors! From making the appointment (on a Sunday for the next day) to the two teams that came to clean out a college apartment in Elon NC. Junk Doctors saved the day! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Thanks again!!
These are great people. This is the 4th or 5th time we used them. Our review from the previous time we used them (see beliw) is certainly deserved. We have used JunkDoctors several times and they have always been excellent. Today was no different. We booked the service over the web and the driver contacted us…
My experience with Junk Doctors was excellent! I needed a sofa removed quickly because I was having new furniture delivered. I will certainly be using them again in the future. I received professional service and I was impressed that I was able to get next day service. I highly recommend Junk Doctors!
I had to have a couch and heavy glass piece removed from my apartment which is not on a ground floor. The gentlemen were friendly, fast and professional and all was said and done in about 10 minutes. Fantastic job and thank you again!
The guys were friendly and efficient. Great work! This is my 2nd time using Junk Doctors and I'll use them again when the time comes.
This was my second experience with Junk Doctors and I was so amazed and pleased again with the professionalism and friendliness of the guys who did my junk removal. I was pleased with the cost also-- it was very fair. The guys were early, just like in 2016, and they were just as thorough as before.
The entire process was quick and easy. Junk Doctors were responsive and their guys were polite, friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again.
The guys who came out to provide the quote were very nice and polite. The quote was actually higher than another company that came out, but I went with them b/c they were professional and I got a better feeling about the company - actual professional business vs casual setup. I'm so glad I chose them. They actually…
I loved everything about this company! They were quick to respond to my request for information, pricing was reasonable and they booked an appointment for pick up the same day I inquired, which is exceptional for me because I live in a rural town. Then when the Bryan and Daniel arrived, they were professional, very…
Seamless junk removal! I highly recommend this company for easy scheduling, a friendly crew and fast service. The price was reasonable as well!
I had an appointment scheduled for between 2-4 PM but the company called and stated they were running early and asked if it was OK to come by early (a little before 1PM), which I agreed to with no issues. The sooner the better I say, and I also appreciate them calling ahead to make sure it was OK to arrive early…
Easy booking via phone. Crew showed up on time and conducted themselves professionally. They worked quickly to load several large pieces of furniture and construction debris. The job was expensive, but worth the money. I would use them again.
The pair of guys came earlier than expected (called and asked if it was ok), which was great!!! They were fast, efficient, and polite. I would TOTALLY use them again!!!
My family is redecorating our house we stay in. I have ordered a lot of items from Amazon and different stores. Ordering all this stuff caused a whole lot of empty boxes and shipping fillers. We also ordered new furniture and needed to throw out our old furniture. Junk Doctors really did a wonderful job in taking…
After contacting this company on one morning, within 24 hours they had completely removed the contents of a deceased relatives apartment. The entire process was handled very professionally and rapidly. We would not hesitate to recommend Junk Doctors!
Eric and Daniel were fantastic! They were very professional, on-time, and I was amazed at how quickly they removed the junk and debris from my house! They saved me a lot of extra effort and time, because I would have had to take multiple trips to the landfill if I did it myself, and I probably would have hurt my…
Eric and Elias were fantastic. On time friendly, fast and even able to pick up second load at the last minute! Would refer to anyone! Made moving day much easier!
Guys arrived on time and did a great job. Disposed of old sofa and bought replacement sofa from basement. Took special care not to cause any damage . Would highly recommend.
I setup for junk doctors to come out and pick up some furniture. They actually called and stated they were available to come pick it up earlier than the time I requested. Which was awesome! The gentlemen were very courteous and eager to help me with my request. Will be using them again in the future.
They were professional and friendly. Called to let me know they were on their way. Then called again when stuck in traffic. Will use again.
Simple, easy and fast. Would definitely use them again.
Awesome customer service!
The guys who came to my house were very personable and professional. They worked very hard and I am thrilled! I will use them again.
Two men came to my residence looked at what I wanted removed. The foreman quoted me a price, and I agreed to pay it. The price was very fair. Half an hour later they they were done.
Friendly guys came quickly and removed a very heavy item that we needed to dispose of but were unable to do ourselves. Excellent service from appointment booking to item removal. We could not have done it without them.
These guys were terrific. Friendly and went out of their way to make everything smooth and easy. Even cleaned up. I will recommended them every time
I have never written a review for any company good or bad. The reason that I am writing this review is because I am beyond thankful for this company. I had a sticky situation and they were more than patient and understanding. I rescheduled about 10 times on them and they just took it with stride and got me on their…
We will definitely be using Junk Doctors for any of our removal needs. They called because they were ahead of schedule, and were so quick and efficient they were gone 15 minutes before the scheduled 2 hour window. It’s worth noting the furniture piece was fairly heavy, but they moved it downstairs & out of our home…
