I used this company so often over the last 4 years for small labor to hauling boxes and I can’t say enough good things. I’ve worked with many of their employees and spoken with several managers describing what I need done and all of them have been more than polite, on time, detail oriented, and gone above and…

We are sending a big thank you to the Junk Doctors of Greensboro for coming out to move furniture out of my sisters apartment. She lives on the second floor and appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the Junk Doctor's team. They called and advised what time they would be there and arrived on time and did a…
Great job!. Got everything done in a very efficient way. Very pleasant to deal with.
Very good service for cleaning out a house. Very flexible too. They worked long and hard and the price was reasonable.
Highly recommend! They were on time, very courteous, and well worth the price to get my junk removed. I’ve used them twice and am planning to use them again in the future.
I can’t say enough great things about Junk Doctors! From making the appointment (on a Sunday for the next day) to the two teams that came to clean out a college apartment in Elon NC. Junk Doctors saved the day! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Thanks again!!
Very easy to schedule the appointment. Gentlemen showed up on time and were very nice and courteous. Very helpful and were in and out quickly. I would definitely use them again!
These are great people. This is the 4th or 5th time we used them. Our review from the previous time we used them (see beliw) is certainly deserved. We have used JunkDoctors several times and they have always been excellent. Today was no different. We booked the service over the web and the driver contacted us…
Professional, polite and moved junk out quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.
After seeing recommendations on the Nextdoor app, I scheduled an online appointment to have an old hot tub removed from my deck. They have 2 hour windows to schedule your appointment and I made mine same day. I received a call letting me know they were on their way and they showed up right on time. They were fast,…
The guys who came out to provide the quote were very nice and polite. The quote was actually higher than another company that came out, but I went with them b/c they were professional and I got a better feeling about the company - actual professional business vs casual setup. I'm so glad I chose them. They actually…
Quick & professional service. No issues at all. Will definitely use again.
Overall great experience. The booking process was very simple. The guys were here on time and easy to communicate with. Kyle and Eli did a great job very quickly considering the snowy conditions they were working in. Got my area cleaned up in no time! Would definitely reach out again.
Seamless junk removal! I highly recommend this company for easy scheduling, a friendly crew and fast service. The price was reasonable as well!
Service was all things good: On time, professional, accurate clear estimate, done quickly. Definitely will call them again.
Eric and Haley were great. They arrived right at the start of our window, and were polite and diligent. They worked tirelessly in the pouring rain to get rid of some old fencing on our property. When there was one section too buried in to remove, they offered several options to move forward. I'll definitely use them again in the future.
I could not be more pleased with the Junk Doctors team members that completed my removal today! They were effortlessly professional, highly efficient and skilled in their craft, and exceptional workers that were so skilled they saved me money!! I would highly recommend this company! Well done!!
I had an appointment scheduled for between 2-4 PM but the company called and stated they were running early and asked if it was OK to come by early (a little before 1PM), which I agreed to with no issues. The sooner the better I say, and I also appreciate them calling ahead to make sure it was OK to arrive early…
recently cleaned out the basement of my aunts home and used junk doctors for removal and she loved them. showed up on time, actually early very polite and did a great job. i will definitely call them again.
Eric and his crew were so great to work with! They showed up when they said they would, calling me first, and giving me about a half hour of lead time so I could get to a good stopping point with work. They worked quickly and efficiently, and were the utmost professionals. I will absolutely use them again!
Easy booking via phone. Crew showed up on time and conducted themselves professionally. They worked quickly to load several large pieces of furniture and construction debris. The job was expensive, but worth the money. I would use them again.
The pair of guys came earlier than expected (called and asked if it was ok), which was great!!! They were fast, efficient, and polite. I would TOTALLY use them again!!!
My family is redecorating our house we stay in. I have ordered a lot of items from Amazon and different stores. Ordering all this stuff caused a whole lot of empty boxes and shipping fillers. We also ordered new furniture and needed to throw out our old furniture. Junk Doctors really did a wonderful job in taking…
After contacting this company on one morning, within 24 hours they had completely removed the contents of a deceased relatives apartment. The entire process was handled very professionally and rapidly. We would not hesitate to recommend Junk Doctors!
Eric and Daniel were fantastic! They were very professional, on-time, and I was amazed at how quickly they removed the junk and debris from my house! They saved me a lot of extra effort and time, because I would have had to take multiple trips to the landfill if I did it myself, and I probably would have hurt my…
Very professional and courteous service! Thank you! I highly recommend this company!
Daniele and Eric helps me get our garage back in order and we’re also willing to go up into our attic to remove items that were too heavy for me to bring down that were left by the previous owner. Flawless process they were on time, polite and swept and cleaned up after themselves which was much appreciated added…
Omar was a great help, we cut up a bit while he helped me clear out some junk from my basement. What would have been an all day ordeal of me dealing with it myself, took 30 minutes with their help. Zero problems and 100 good things to say. 11/10 will be calling again in the future
They made it look so easy. They were in and out in a blink of an eye. Over the years I’ve collected a lot of things and decided to downsize. Using this service allowed me to quickly let go of stuff. I would definitely recommend to others(and have).
The guys who came to my house were very personable and professional. They worked very hard and I am thrilled! I will use them again.
Removed all the items quickly and at a fair price. However, timing was urgent on getting these items removed and they canceled on me the day I needed the items removed. They did show up very early the next morning to handle the trash for me.
Two men came to my residence looked at what I wanted removed. The foreman quoted me a price, and I agreed to pay it. The price was very fair. Half an hour later they they were done.
They did a phenomenal job at removing our stuff! They were prompt, efficient, and professional. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone!
I have never written a review for any company good or bad. The reason that I am writing this review is because I am beyond thankful for this company. I had a sticky situation and they were more than patient and understanding. I rescheduled about 10 times on them and they just took it with stride and got me on their…
We will definitely be using Junk Doctors for any of our removal needs. They called because they were ahead of schedule, and were so quick and efficient they were gone 15 minutes before the scheduled 2 hour window. It’s worth noting the furniture piece was fairly heavy, but they moved it downstairs & out of our home…
We have used Junk Doctors 3 times in the last year. They are always reliable, helpful, polite, and willing to go above and beyond. I highly recommend this service to friends and will use them again!
Excellent service and will be calling them again! They called before hand to see if they could arrive early. Worked quickly, were polite and removed everything we asked.
