Justin was very kind, respectful, and consistent (honest) with everything he said from start to finish. He treats you as if you were a close friend or family member helping you move, but with all the right equipment. He’s punctual and he’s very transparent. He will ask for approval before executing any tasks…
Justin and his helper arrived on time and with a smile. He pretty much had me point and it was gone. We have a side yard that slowly turned into a miny dump site. They cleaned up everything and raked up the leaves to make it look liveable again. It started off with only wanting to fill up a half truck but eventually…
Great service, professional and respectful. Will recommend and use again. Very thorough.
Professional, friendly and efficient. Wouldn't mind calling them again for future needs.
I called Justin to pick up some miscellaneous furniture and got an appointment as soon as the next day! They came to our apartment on time and removed everything quickly and carefully. The overall service was so easy that I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs junk removed from their home.
They were quick and efficient
Justin and his crew were wonderful! Totally fair pricing and totally professional. Always keeping an eye on everything to make sure nothing was damaged. I had a heavy sleeper couch to take and a heavy 4x 6 rug. They even repositioned a heavy and giant 9 x 12 rug that I could never move and didn’t want to charge me…
Justin and Alex went above and beyond with the junk removal. On time, professional, and fair. It was cold and raining and they got the job done. Definitely saved us a headache trying to get rid of everything ourselves. Would hire them in the future and recommend.
Justin and John did an amazing job. They went above and beyond and wanted to make sure I was happy with all of their work. They were on time, fast, courteous and professional. Competitive pricing too!
I had this hauler removed my old recliner sofa and was really impressed and happy with their service. Good communication before and while the job was performed. Justin was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time, picked up my junk puke, and even sweeped the areas afterward. He did his best to efficiently pack his truck, to ensure that I was charged the minimum amount for the waste he was removing.
Prompt, affordable and communicative. Justin is my new go to person for junk.
