Dan was great today removing a couch from my townhouse. They were careful and considerate

Marcus, Dan, and Deaunte, were great. They were super fast. Will definitely be using them again. They are always super responsive, come on time, and remove everything very quickly. Love this service!

Ontime and very fast. I would recommend their service.

I needed an old sofa sleeper removed and Junk in the Truck handled the job perfectly. They gave me a reasonable quote online when I scheduled. The day before pickup, I was given a 2-hr window of time and they arrived within that timeframe. They guys were very respectful and took off their boots before coming inside.… Read full review

Very quick and efficient service

Scheduling was easy and everyone involved in the whole process was friendly, accommodating, and professional. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Was able to make an appt quickly. They were on time and professional. Price very fair and would recommend to anyone.

Quick and easy pick up with fair price for convenience. The movers were very friendly and thoughtful, even thinking about not tracking snow on the carpet, which is very important to me. Very professional also. The picture is the chaise I had removed.

Great service. They were very courteous and careful with moving a chair out of the basement. Very prompt service..

Had a large sectional sofa removed from lower level family room. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again.

Getting text updates throughout the process was very helpful. I also like having a quote before they show up - the price was less than expected! The guys were friendly and helped make the process of cleaning out the furniture from my mom's storage unit less stressful. The only recommendation I have is to look at the… Read full review

Super easy, seamless, great communication and an outstanding team that showed up on time and worked very efficiently.

Called Thursday night left message. They called back Friday morning. Were here by 10.30 am to pick up large 2 pc China cabinet. 😊

They were very nice and polite. They removed a heavy sofa couch and a couple smaller items. They removed it efficiently and easily. The office staff was personable as well. I was very happy with the service.

On Saturday we had a chair we couldn't donate and needed to dispose of. These guys were great and took care of it for us! This is the second time we have used them, the first when we moved our mom out of current house. I would highly recommend them.

The crew at Junk in the Truck were great to work with! My parents had 25+ years of stuff that had accumulated in their basement. Some that were bags and boxes and lots of random odds and ends and old furniture. It was an overwhelming amount. Five trucks and almost 7 hours later, the basement was cleared out! Excellent customer service—I called and they were able to haul away a heavy sectional with a pullout bed and a fireplace the same day. Very fair rates. I will use them again in the future.

As a property manager, we lean on our junk hauler fairly often and they are always able to handle anything from small pickups to whole house eviction services when and where we need them. Highly recommend!

The Junk in The Truck team is super fast, professional, friendly, and very accommodating. They are upfront on their pricing without any hidden fees or quote changes upon arrival; they make sure they have all of the information before in order to provide an accurate quote. Also the communication for arrival time was… Read full review

OMG…Preston and Mike were great! Also called them and they stated they could arrive same day which I needed! Happy Mover here! They even swept my garage afterwards 🥰 xo

Loved how they arrived on time, worked well together and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Very impressed with their service. Also love that they take some items to Habitat for Humanity instead of a garbage dump. Highly recommend

Quoted a reasonable fee. Showed up on time and finished the job fast. 100% recommend them

Great communication, prompt service, professional staff, and no nonsense. Will definitely use again in the future.

Great experience with this team. Greatly recommend!

Max and his crew were extremely easy to work with. They were polite, careful to not damage anything when moving a very large couch, and worked quickly and efficiently. I have no second thoughts about hiring them again. Highly recommend their services!

Highly recommend Junk in the Truck. Matt, the owner, was very professional and his personal follow-up was really impressive. The service was extremely timely (pick up within 45 minutes of initial call) and competitive. The drivers were also courteous and friendly. I really respect and admire the entrepreneurial drive!

Max and his team were great! Got back to me so fast and was able to get my stuff out the next day, considering a reached out on a Sunday, I was very happy. Also, was the most affordable team around to pick up quite a few larger items. Will definitely be a return customer and recommend to anyone I know looking!

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have used this company for junk removal and they continue to impress! My mom is cleaning out her house and she had 25+ years of stuff sitting in her garage taking up space waiting for garbage day. We contacted Junk in the Trunk and they were out the next day to remove all of her junk… Read full review

Max and Keith were great!! Accommodated my crazy schedule and were in and out! Highly recommend 😊

Very responsive, professional, courteous. Would recommend them to friends.

Max and his associate (Brian or Ryan) were on time, called me promptly the morning of the move and were familiar with the Monarch Landing property. They moved not only a 4 drawer insulated file (a behemoth) a table w/ benches and several boxes to one Naperville location but also 3 pieces of furniture (a couple in… Read full review

Max and his Team are great. They made the process so easy. Very professional. If you are ever looking for a company to remove your junk call Max.

They are just splendid! I was looking for garbage removal service after our move in and did not seem to make progress with my search: until I reached out Junk in the Truck Naperville! They were swift and effective. I really appreciate the great service throughout and the professional demeanor. Highly recommended.

Cannot express what a great experience we had with Max and his team. We were under a very short window and he worked with us through every detail. The J in the T crew work fast and clean, pretty quiet, and don't leave a mess. I have hired them twice and would definitely do it again.

We highly recommend Max and his team. They were very professional, courteous, and understanding of the difficult task of downsizing my father from one location to another. They had a can-do attitude and were able to get the job done completely and in a timely manner.
