5 star. Great people and fast service. Excellent prices. Thank you to Max and the Crew. Make sure to contact Junk in the Truck when you need removal of items. Thanks again!
Had an upright piano taken away. They showed up on time, were very courteous and took great care not to damage any walls or flooring. Had the piano out of the house and on the truck in 5 mins. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.
This is our third time using Junk In the Truck and we are always amazed and super pleased with their service! I reached out on a Monday and Jenna got back to me same day to schedule a pickup for the following weekend and they kept me informed the whole time! Max and Marcus did an awesome job removing the junk (quick…
Alex and Marcus came by did wonderful and we're the best guys to be around
I called and 20 minutes later they were there because they had a truck in the area. Super easy to deal with! Highly recommend
Great customer service and reasonable pricing are what you can expect from this company. Prior owners left the heavy bulky items at my new house and Junk in the Trunk took care of it quickly. Highly recommend
I called Junk in the Truck for a quote on a large roll off bin for a basement clean out. From my first interaction with Jenna, to the day of the final pick up I was impressed. Jenna helped me to choose the appropriate size bin for my project and was pleasant, and helpful throughout the entire process. Great customer…
Easy to achedule and quick. Friendly, careful of walls and surroundings when moving item. Cheaper than other companies.
Very pleased with the service. Efficient and polite.
Excellent service! Theses guys were amazing. Very nice people. They moved a lot of furniture from my parents house, even an old fashioned washing machine. (Which was very heavy).
Junk In The Truck absolutely ROCKS!!! We came to Aurora Illinois from Redondo Beach California to empty out a house and found this awesome junk removal company. Made a call to them and Katie answered the phone. She was the nicest person and made us feel super comfortable with the dumpster rental process. We will…
Excellent customer service. Great and affordable prices. Strongly recommended.
Katie has been nice, helpful and overall amazing since the beginning of the transaction. The bin was dropped off exactly within the time frame they gave us on the day we scheduled it. It was placed at the exact spot I asked them to place it. Pick up was hassle free as well. Would definitely recommend their business.
This guys are great ! Excellent service !
The team was fast, thorough and respectful. They cleaned out a ton of stuff in great time and it was WELL worth the investment to have them do it, rather than get a dumpster or go through it all myself. I especially love that they donate as much as they can to great local charities, which made it a no-brainer. I highly recommend them.
20 yard dumpster was perfect for our deck removal. They were easy to work with. Super fast to schedule. And great prices! Thanks again for helping us clean up!
Thank you for the excellent and quick service!
Great company great service!
Max and crew were quick to hop on a clean out post eviction. They went above and beyond and even swept the driveway for debri. Highly recommend.
On Saturday we had a chair we couldn't donate and needed to dispose of. These guys were great and took care of it for us! This is the second time we have used them, the first when we moved our mom out of current house. I would highly recommend them.
Great customer service. I called for a rate and they were able to give me a quote over the phone. They did an unattended pickup and sent me photos of before and after. Will use again.
Wonderful responsive business. I couldn’t make up my mind whether I wanted to pay someone to remove all the stuff from our house before it goes on the market. My only regret is that I didn’t call sooner. Katie and Max kept in touch with me and was able to schedule the day after I made up my mind. A walkthrough,…
Highly recommend! They were fast, efficient and affordable. I would definitely call them again in the future.
On time, very professional. I highly recommend “ Junk in the Truck.
The crew at Junk in the Truck were great to work with! My parents had 25+ years of stuff that had accumulated in their basement. Some that were bags and boxes and lots of random odds and ends and old furniture. It was an overwhelming amount. Five trucks and almost 7 hours later, the basement was cleared out! The…
Katie and team are so easy to work with, my Son had his basement flood and they made it easy to drop off a dumpster the next day. I am also an estimator for a mover and referred them to many of our Clients!
Two young guys showed up and gave me an estimate. The price sounded fair and I approved. If you’re looking for Full service where the movers will carry things out of your home for you, this is the way to go.
Fun and efficient guys to work with. I pointed, and it was gone
As a property manager, we lean on our junk hauler fairly often and they are always able to handle anything from small pickups to whole house eviction services when and where we need them. Highly recommend!
I have used Max and his crew on many occasions. From full hoarder clean out to closing day pick ups. I am not sure where I would be without their prompt and professional services. All of the clients I've referred to them have raved about their professionalism to their process. Each home requires different levels of…
Ryan, Mike, and Preston were very professional. Showed up same day and cleaned my garage. Would highly recommend them!
Preston and Mike were exceptional. Punctual, courteous, and motivated to do a great job. Highly recommend.
Loved how they arrived on time, worked well together and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Very impressed with their service. Also love that they take some items to Habitat for Humanity instead of a garbage dump. Highly recommend
