Junk in the Truck Junk Removal & Hauling

Max was very communicative through text, pictures, and phone contact. He and his crew took a massive amount of trash and debris left by my renters when they left for a reasonable cost. Dan and Deonte did a fantastic job fitting our entire load in the dumpster by breaking it down as much as possible. Super fast and efficient. Highly recommended.

Starting withJenna and going through to the actual collection of the junk, everyone was so responsive, efficient and professional. I was able to organise everything for a same day collection at the agreed price even though there were some small last minute additions.

Very pleased with the service. Efficient and polite.

The guys were on-time, courteous and super fast. They were also very careful moving junk out of the house. Would definitely hire again.

Getting text updates throughout the process was very helpful. I also like having a quote before they show up - the price was less than expected! The guys were friendly and helped make the process of cleaning out the furniture from my mom's storage unit less stressful. The only recommendation I have is to look at the… Read full review

They got back to be immediately and on a Sunday! Also offered the best price and came next day. Will definitely use in the future

Katie has been nice, helpful and overall amazing since the beginning of the transaction. The bin was dropped off exactly within the time frame they gave us on the day we scheduled it. It was placed at the exact spot I asked them to place it. Pick up was hassle free as well. Would definitely recommend their business.

It was fast and easy to get a quote by providing some pictures. I was able to get service scheduled quickly and pickup was super smooth, easy, and fast. Very happy.

Wonderful responsive business. I couldn’t make up my mind whether I wanted to pay someone to remove all the stuff from our house before it goes on the market. My only regret is that I didn’t call sooner. Katie and Max kept in touch with me and was able to schedule the day after I made up my mind. A walkthrough,… Read full review

The crew at Junk in the Truck were great to work with! My parents had 25+ years of stuff that had accumulated in their basement. Some that were bags and boxes and lots of random odds and ends and old furniture. It was an overwhelming amount. Five trucks and almost 7 hours later, the basement was cleared out! As a property manager, we lean on our junk hauler fairly often and they are always able to handle anything from small pickups to whole house eviction services when and where we need them. Highly recommend!

I have used Max and his crew on many occasions. From full hoarder clean out to closing day pick ups. I am not sure where I would be without their prompt and professional services. All of the clients I've referred to them have raved about their professionalism to their process. Each home requires different levels of… Read full review

The Junk in The Truck team is super fast, professional, friendly, and very accommodating. They are upfront on their pricing without any hidden fees or quote changes upon arrival; they make sure they have all of the information before in order to provide an accurate quote. Also the communication for arrival time was… Read full review

I had a great experience with Junk in the Truck. Preston and Mike came to our house and removed old office furniture. They were friendly and efficient. I would recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Mike and Preston rocked! They were courteous and professional. Strong and skilled - they moved heavy furniture through tight corners with ease. They were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Junk in the Truck Naperville.

OMG…Preston and Mike were great! Also called them and they stated they could arrive same day which I needed! Happy Mover here! They even swept my garage afterwards 🥰 xo

I was very pleased with the customer service Max provided as I waffled on the scheduling for removal of an old baby grand piano. They also had very fair pricing compared to others I called. Mike, Preston and Kyle showed up on time and were very kind and professional. I would recommend and use Junk in the Trunk again in the future.

Loved how they arrived on time, worked well together and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Very impressed with their service. Also love that they take some items to Habitat for Humanity instead of a garbage dump. Highly recommend

Max and the team was excellent. They were reliable, polite and fast. We plan to use them again!

I was very impressed with the workers that came to our home. On time, very polite and hard workers. They were in and out of here in about 45 minutes. I would highly recommend them for any removal projects.
