Max was very communicative through text, pictures, and phone contact. He and his crew took a massive amount of trash and debris left by my renters when they left for a reasonable cost. Dan and Deonte did a fantastic job fitting our entire load in the dumpster by breaking it down as much as possible. Super fast and efficient. Highly recommended.

Starting withJenna and going through to the actual collection of the junk, everyone was so responsive, efficient and professional. I was able to organise everything for a same day collection at the agreed price even though there were some small last minute additions.

Katie has been nice, helpful and overall amazing since the beginning of the transaction. The bin was dropped off exactly within the time frame they gave us on the day we scheduled it. It was placed at the exact spot I asked them to place it. Pick up was hassle free as well. Would definitely recommend their business.

I was very pleased with the customer service Max provided as I waffled on the scheduling for removal of an old baby grand piano. They also had very fair pricing compared to others I called. I got referred to Junk In The Trunk through a link at sharing connections and I was happy I found them. I called in the morning and was able to have someone pickup a patio set and dresser in the same day within a couple hours. Everything was done quickly and the two workers were great. Appreciate the fast help!

The crew was professional and efficient. They tore down a shed in our yard and hauled it away in a few hours! They even took some additional junk I’ve been wanting to get rid of for months. They were easy to schedule and communicate with. I would definitely work with them again.
